He even took an unpaid vacation According to Dmytrashkivsky (anti-terrorist operation chief), 5 Ukrainian soldiers were killed during the last 24 hours. I'm curious how long they can bear such losses (the USSR was losing a way less in Afghanistan, being many times as numerous in population), provided the actual casualties may be a lot higher... |

The bus was carrying mothers of the soldiers who serve there, who wanted to demand to release their children. Several journalists accompanied them. Nice one. Ad placards in Moscow showing Poroshenko and saying "Lost Crimea, now on to losing the whole country" (Where for "lost" they used a jargon variation of a word "defecated out"). Well, Poroshenko-Valtsman said that Ukraine will get Crimea back. As Crimea is not going anywhere, there only way is for Ukraine to join RF (sans the Western territories, that no one wants, not even Poland)

The tank carries NSV-12.7 heavy machine gun ( http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9D%D0%A1%D0%92-12,7) and can fire howitzer D-30 missiles (that freedom fighters expropriated from Ukrainian military storage facilities), with its D-25T main cannon. Some suggest that Sevastopol should send to Donetsk this memorial armoured train with it's own gun (It reads "Death to Fascism" on its side):  In Svetlodar (Donetsk region), there is another IS-3 waiting to be re-started:  |

Still 40,000 people remaining in Slavyansk (mostly the elderly). Some 77,000 people have fled. Most of the refugees are currently stationed at Donetsk, while some have crossed the border to Russia.
