It is really nice to see Monaco climbing the positions in the league standings finally. They played a home match against Metz two days ago and won it by 4-0. This must even be helpful for them to improve their morale a lot. Now we see them at the 7th position and they are only 5 points away from the team at the second place which are Rennes now. They can still come back to their old days in the last season I believe.

Actually I agree with your opinion about their coach. He works 100% for his team and I think the players do the same. But the coach's strategy will largely determine the results his team will get in every game and we might think that Pochettino has problem managing a big team like PSG as well as one inhabited by top players.

Pochettino has players that other team in Europe dream of like Neymar, Mbappe, Messi, Veratti, Ramos and other big names on the bench. However, when the strategy applied is not in accordance with the potential and abilities of the players, this will only make the team experience a decline in performance, especially in terms of scoring goals. I can't say the players don't really understand how Messi plays, they have to be able to use Messi to make a lot of goalscoring attempts.

Messi, in my opinion, is just a problem for the team (it should not adapt to him). Now in French Ligue 1 title race is already ended with superior quality of PSG and now other teams are fighting hard for their place in next year's Champions League and Europa League which is very essential for them Monaco was good, but some bad patch hurt them now again they are on winning track which is very good for them in last five matches they won 2 and have 3 draws which helping them for having some good place at the end of this season.

About Lille and Lyon I am also very shocked how poor they are in this season and with this form I am feeling most chances these teams could be out of top 7 because now few teams having very good points at table for them.

As long as there is nothing surprising in the Ligue 1 clubs they have no chance of winning, unless PSG returns to poverty and is abandoned by its investors or there are other clubs bought by Arab Sheikhs who can raise their finances as was the case with the new PSG. they will be able to catch up or rival PSG

I think it's going to be a pretty tough match for Monaco. see PSG's dominance is very strong this season. are at the top of the standings with a considerable difference in points. it makes PSG very scary.
but looking at Monaco's achievements in the last few games, I think Monaco is not without opportunities. 4-0 wins against Metz and 1-3 against Angers, I think you have to consider how scary Monaco will be in this match.

This is a tough match for Monaco. First of all PSG is a very strong team. There is no reason to believe that the Monaco team can win against PSG. Perhaps this makes sense since the coefficient is quite good - 1.47. By the way, this is rather strange considering that this will be a home game for PSG, and the fact that Monaco is playing very poorly this season.
