We saw a great match between Montpellier and Monaco. These teams both were having an average period of time in the league recently before this match. I didn't think any of them as the favourite of this match. Because they had nearly equal strength and performance. I was just expecting and hoping for a competitive match with many goals. And they gave this to me which made me happy. Monaco tried to make a huge comeback but they were devastated by the goal in the stoppage time (90+1') and lost by 3-2. But I appreciated the performance of each team.

PSG are doing very well as always. They had a home game against Reims and they won by a huge score like 4-0. It was an expected kind of win from them. They are still eleven points ahead of Nice which are at the second position in the standings now. It really doesn't seem like any of the rest of the teams will be able to catch up with PSG and fight for the title. And they must be aware of this reality too. PSG should already be focusing on the Champions League the most as the last 32 round is closing in. They are aiming the title there in the end.

I don't think any other team is hoping to win the title in Ligue 1 right now. It is almost impossible to reduce the gap by 11 points because PSG's performance is much better and stable in Ligue 1. With the last season performance there were some expectations from few teams like Lille, Monaco, Lyon and Marseille that they will do some good fight against fully star stated PSG bust sadly all teams struggling very badly even few are out of way with their very unpredictable performance so now PSG is alone in this race and no one can touch them for this year's title race now we have fight for other spots like Nice and Marseille fight hard for second and third spot and rest of good teams are much behind for having any chance into next year's Europa Cup, but it's not easy as their performance is also not good enough specially Lille and Lyon are struggling very badly and now Monaco is doing some better.

Its not really impossible, its quite hard but totally not impossible. Its only 11 points and with 16 more games to go, PSG could be slipping especially when the UCL roll out then Poch might rotate some of the players. I honestly thought they would have lead with bigger gap by now but with 11 points gap, Nice and Marseille still have a decent chance to close that gap

I do not think that any team really hoped for it before the season started neither. Not that Messi really helped out a lot, or Ramos was around when PSG played awesome at early games and won many games to start the season, but before the season started we saw that roster and knew that PSG would be awesome this year. They did actually achieve that, but Ramos and Messi didn't really provided too much to the team, Ramos is barely doing anything nowadays, and Messi is nowhere to be found.

I am sure he will get better and he will play awesomely but for the time being that transfer was only done so that PSG could sell jerseys with Messi name on the back.

PSG's dominance of Ligue 1 has indeed occurred in recent years after PSG ownership was taken over by Nasser Al-Khelaifi in 2011, after becoming a rich club PSG continued to dominate Ligue 1 without giving gaps to other teams in the championship competition, maybe it's just luck if last season Lille can win the french league, and i think maybe we will see at least 10 more seasons it can be repeated in ligue 1, to be honest PSG dominance in ligue 1 makes ligue 1 now quite boring to watch and we can predict that PSG will eventually become champions at the end of the season by leaving a large enough difference in points against from other team.

I'm a PSG fan but I admit that PSG shouldn't relax thinking that they are already champions because they know they haven't been consistent, there are games where they end in a draw, so if they relax and start to draw in a lot of games then they can lose the first position of the table

Therefore, I think Angers are expected to win in this match but unfortunately, these two teams so far this season have not been very productive in scoring goals. But if we compare the goals and conceded so far then of course, Angers have a great chance at least to make one goal and that is enough for the home team to get full points.

In Ligue 1 now, perhaps the interesting thing is who will be ranked 2-5 because it will be quite exciting if you see the points behind PSG.

So looks like the emergency striker is not an emergency striker anymore , maybe now he is a full-time striker. 

Maybe the team would like to switch his position with Messi's. But on a serious note, I think that Messi should pick his game up and score some more goals. Then the team would look more threatening and will be starting to win convincingly.

Sorry I don't know what will be the attraction in the PSG vs Lille match later?
Because in my opinion, the remaining matches in ligue 1 now no longer provide much competition in the race for the title, after PSG managed to leave the other team with 11 points and it was impossible for other teams to catch up.
Lille were indeed champions last season and their performance last season was quite enough extraordinary, but this season lille is just like other teams in ligue which are relatively weak when dealing with PSG, at the first meeting of this season, PSG managed to destroy Lille with a score of 2-1 and it is likely that PSG will repeat the victory again .
