I think the event tonight isn't PSG winning with 4 goals against Reims but Ramos scoring a goal
So far the gap between PSG and the others is quite big and reassuring since PSG will have quite hard games from now until mid-February whether in French Cup (Nice), Ligue 1 (Lille, Rennes) and CL (Real Madrid)!

PSG will play two more matches in Ligue 1 before the Champions League match. In the first week of February, they will play against Lille, and in the second week, they will play against Rennes. PSG will probably play with their main squad against Lille. But PSG will form their second-tier team to play against Rennes.
Because the Champions League match is more important to them than Ligue 1. They do not want any of their players will be injured before the Champions League. If Rennes can play well, thay have a chance to beat PSG.

Ramos is a very goal productive defender but a first goal for PSG does not mean he is back to his best. Moreover, at his age and after 2 seasons seriously affected by injuries, don't put too much hope on Ramos. He can be useful in some matches but in a long campaign, if PSG rely on him, it's nightmare for them. I feel that PSG don't have such plan so it can be good for them.

So with their attention to win Ligue 1 at higher level than the past season, it is very difficult for other clubs to beat them in this competition. Yes it was a good game indeed i think the early lead by montpellier was the reason why monaco team seemed more dangerous they needed to score to get back in the game but sadly they conceided the second goal any other team would've lost hope but they managed to equalize it was sad to see them lose they did not deserve it a draw was a more fairier result.

Rather than being impressive for Ramos, it looks bad for Messi to be honest. Ever since he joined PSG he has been AWOL and he has been not playing the best he could. Whenever there was a very important match he suited up and played well but that's about it, honestly his played game count alone itself is proof that he just doesn't care. Dude missed like 10+ games in the season so far right? That's proof that he just doesn't care anymore, or at the very least something is wrong with him.

The only true test to their strength is the champions league, which is why Messi and even Neymar was signed.
