I totally didn't even know Xerdan Shaqiri was playing for Lyon already or I might have put some bets on them (very good 2.5x odds), Marseille did score first but one goal and one assist for the former Bayern Munich and Liverpool guys, they must be very happy with the win.

I was too confident with PSG to be aware of other possibilities that made my bet only end in defeat in this match.
the absence of the usual brutal attacks. the lack of opportunities that occurred during the match and indeed they played monotonously and only played the ball in the middle of the field.
with a performance like this I'm not even sure they will be able to win in the UCL later. although indeed in this match their line-up is mostly substitutes but I don't think I can expect much with them in the UCL if they set a match like this

I don't know about you or others but I can't really understand why people insist on betting on PSG when the odds are so bad, even against a good team and especially in a cup. By now we should all expect them to draw easily if not lose. There's a reason they've never been Champions League favorite even when they still had Mbappe Neymar Messi all together.

Winning the Champions League is not an easy task. The PSG will never be able to fulfill their dream of winning the Champions League if they continue to perform with such a terrible and erratic performance. I really regret the defeat of Marseille in this match, even though this match is one of their bridges to be at the top of the standings under PSG, it looks like the atmosphere of the match is very different in this match because Lyon played at Parc Olympique Lyonnais, the final statistics of the match showed that Lyon played very pressing 12 attempted shots and 4 shots on goal. A very good fightback from Lyon give them third win in a row, and now they are at seventh in league table after some disappointing time in lower of league table, but this can give them good way of having some more good points and better end of this season because they have ability to do some good in this league even Marseille played very well, but sadly they fail to keep their lead and lost in this way and now staying at third spot.

Marseille is certainly not safe enough to be in the last position to qualify for the Champions League next season considering that several other teams still have the same chance to make them eliminated from third position. Lyon are one of the strong teams that are currently struggling to keep getting points by maintaining their good form. Yeah that was my point, I see a lot of people betting on PSG/Real/City/Bayern 1x2 market and it doesn't make sense to me. 1.3 is even bad in my view but the odds are usually 1.1 or 1.2. Sounds like such a risk for so little. And the proof is provided so often by PSG that they have been winning so many games from behind and late. That's going to fail them sooner or later. And it already has.

Or maybe a lot of people are just saying they are but not actually betting, who knows.
