PSG's defeat has clearly made all hopes in competition come true now even though there are still conditions that are still profitable for PSG but still this 4 point gap is a good thing for competitors because at least this is something that rarely happens.
But it is likely that in the next game this gap will still be the same because PSG will face Angers who are currently at the bottom of the table but Lens will also face Strasbourg who is currently in a bad condition.

This means that the competition with a difference of 4 points at the top of the Ligue 1 standings will continue if see the strength of the opponents that each candidate will face, such as PSG and Lens.
If Lens can get +3 points against Strasbourg, they will be even closer to PSG at the top of the standings because in week 19 PSG will face Rennes. Based on the statistics opponent PSG in Week 19 it will be more difficult than the opponent Lens will face.

That means lens has better chance to surpass PSG and become the champion of french league. I think that when you have so many stars play in your team and then it doesn't mean if you can win the trophy automatically. That being said that the consistency was a key to become a winner. This is the main reason why PSG may not become a winner for the this season. In my opinion if PSG can only rely with messi and neymar and that will be so bad for the club.

People who are saying that PSG is probably not going to win the league title, I don’t think they forgot what has been happening for a long time in this league. Actually I don't see this as a failure or a result that would make PSG fail to win Ligue 1. There will still be a lot of games. Their defeats were because Neymar and Messi did not play and they were ineffective in attack. So
The difference of four points is not big but it is still quite good. With the number of games remaining I think PSG should not repeat this mistake. They need to keep winning for them to stay comfortably in the first ranks. At the end of the day I think PSG will remain favourites for the championship.

I don't see that for now, the reason Madrid were so sure last season Mbappe would come is because things like this happened but when he decided to stay with PSG and turned down Madrid's offers I think it ended there. Because I'm still pretty sure Madrid still won't open the door for Mbappe this season or even next season even though it's possible this will definitely be the last option for Perez, he has money and there are still a number of strikers he can bring in even though it's true in terms of skills obviously it won't be as good as Mbappe but he will choose that option as it will be very painful again for Perez if he is rejected again and again at the last moment.

But indeed, if Mbappe stays longer at PSG then Mbappe will reach old age, and if Mbappe is too old then this will not make Real Madrid sign him.

21 rounds left in this season with most chances PSG will be able to stay at the top and if Lens able to keep this momentum then surely they can stay at the second spot because they have good defense which is capable of handling all situations even attack is not powerful as we need for the champions in any league Marseille and Monaco both are trying their best for having better spot and end of this season but things looking no easy for them in presence of Lens.

In this match first half was vital with Lens done good job and take good advantage of soft defense from the PSG and done two goals which helps them for having better result in this match even in second half PSG were at their best but sadly not able to score goals with Mbappé was alone.

And other players were also not effective like before break so things gone in wrong way for the PSG and Lens having better approach and strategy for this match works and give them good win which now reduce the gape of points with just four hopefully things could be better, and we will have good end of this season as right now four teams are fighting hard for the top ranks Lens could be also dangerous to stay here for Champions League spot.
