Few seasons back we have some good game from Monaco but sadly now they are also struggling badly and have very hard time for qualifying into European cup for next season with Lille who won last season title now also struggling very badly recently they have some better results but still not good enough.

Monaco was a well-respected team in France a few seasons ago, and even in the 2016/17 season Monaco managed to challenge for the Ligue 1 title, but their habit of constantly selling off their star players made Monaco today like a mediocre team that only complements Ligue 1, If Monaco is able to retain talented players like Mappe, Rodriguez, Youri Tielemans and Fabinho, of course, Monaco will become PSG current competitor team in Ligue 1.

I think they do have that idealism.
They know when they want to do something extraordinary in the title race, they will have a hard time raising funds to make up for the team's shortfall. But if they score good enough players this will be an advantage for them in terms of the market so that it can lift the team's finances later.
I think they are the same as Dortmund did in the Bundesliga because they know they will find it difficult to compete for the title

They can still end the season in top five actually. The point gap with the fifth-placed team is only three. But Monaco need to be more consistent to make it.

I don’t see Monaco challenging PSG anytime soon unless they make major investment in their squad, and only then can they truly challenge PSG for the league title. Also PSG should be handed the title now, because I don’t expect a collapse from them and they have got huge lead which no team can chase now.

The champions league is not won by an individual player, it is won by the team! To win a champions league, Paris Saint-Germain bought Lionel Messi. While Messi isn't a UCL candidate, his time at Barca wasn't good. Despite his top scoring against Madrid and Bernabéu, he didn't deliver his best in this match! They lost so many games in ligue 1 against some really weak opponents and they are just lucky they dont have anyone good that can make a thread in their own league. They deserved to be knocked out by Real Madrid.
