I think you are not right too. Mbappe can not bring PSG to victory if he does not have good team-mates like Messi and Neymar in the front line. In many matches, without Messi and / or Neymar, Mbappe lost most of his dangerous attacking ability. It is more than evidence that he needs good attacking mates to show his best.

Although I disagree with you about Mbappe contribution and ability to decide matches, I agree with you that Messi and Neymar as well as PSG in general needs Mbappe or a good striker to maximize their attacking power.

@Altruist as per the reports I read it says that it’ll take at least 4 year’s for Premier League to sanction them, hence till then Pep has no reason to walk away from the club. Furthermore even by the end of the hearings the court may find them not guilty, hence PSG won’t get Pep immediately unless Pep decides to quit due to any personal reasons.

PSG can't win this match and I'm not worried about that at all. I don't even think PSG played to win this match. PSG players performed very cautiously in this match. I beg to differ that PSG has always lacked world-class managers. I might not know your definition of a top-class manager but the club has always had some of the best football tacticians. The current coach Christophe Galtier is one of the lowest class the club has had in recent times. Mauricio Pochettino was successful in Tottenham Hotspur, taking the club to the champions league finals. He may not have won any trophy with the club but he turned Tottenham into a world-class team. Thomas Tuchel won two league titles and took PSG to the Champions League finals. PSG's case is a clear indication that spending big is not the only pathway to winning the Champions League. The team has been built around three players which makes it difficult for them to cope with the absence of any of them.

Pep Guardiola has informed Manchester City that he would leave the club if it is confirmed that he was lied to. And I support his decision because the club deceived him. Moving to PSG might be a good option considering his class and cost. But his arrival wins do not still guarantee that PSG will win the Champions League because he has even failed to deliver the trophy to his Manchester City.
