Lyon were able to win three straight games after losing three straight games. The started the season very poorly but they ended the year with good results and if they can build on that they may make it to the Europa play offs. Their work is stil very heavy to be able to move from the threat of the red zone, their position is just above the red zone by colecting 16 point which has a diference of 2 points from the club below them, Toulouse. They need to make a good start to the year, that could see them slowly leave the threat of the botom half behind. The poor start they've had has inevitably put them in the bottom half now. But considering the games are still quite a lot it is still very much enough to bring them at least to midtable, provided their prformance improves. The worry is that just when their form is improving, the league stops and it's a long time before their first game of the year, the worry is when they return to their early season form.

Lyon has earned more points in their last 3 matches than the rest of the season. They won 3 matches in a row putting them out of the relegation zone. But this should not be their position and situation considering their history as a club. They are one of the best clubs in France and have a good history. Them being in the relegation zone is not what was supposed to happen in the first place. Their next match is against Le Havre and if they can win it, it can get them 2-3 positions ahead and let them be clear of relegation fears right now.

Maybe I'm quite curious about Marseille's next journey because this team is still in 6th position and to reach a place like last season they have to be able to shift several teams above them. I mean their journey this time will not be easy but at least they are having a pretty good season and even though in their previous match they only drew against Montpellier but at least they still got 4 wins in the last 5 matches.

I have to agree with you, the current competition has not shaken PSG dominance, so we can conclude that in the end PSG can win the championship trophy again at the end of the season. It's too early to say, as Ligue 1 still has a lot of games left in the second half of the season, but I don't see any team consistently pressing Enrique squad leadership so far. Even Nice, which has the closest points difference, cannot be trusted to scare PSG in their hunt for trophies.

The reason why it seems like the French league is a farmer's or a league that is not competitive like the rest of the top five leagues in Europe is the fact that one club in the league have been spending heavily in bringing top quality footballers to the club than than the rest clubs in the league and you don't expect a club with so much quality players like Paris Saint Germaine does to not win the league as successive as they've won.

With the quality of players in the Paris Saint Germaine set up, it'll be very poor if them to not win the French league and abd I don't even expect them not to win the league this season. With the quality of players in the Paris Saint Germaine set up, it'll be very poor if them to not win the French league and abd I don't even expect them not to win the league this season. They have all it takes to win the league and would continue to win the league till when other club managements in the French league begins to sign quality players like PSG

I think Paris Saint Germaine is farming the French league but I think you could be wrong and that's not something we saw from Paris Saint Germaine even in the last season when they had much better and more expensive players in the team.
In fact, money is not everything and even if Paris Saint Germaine has lots of money to spend for their players, they can't still be sure about winning the French league.

But for the time being I believe Nice will remain the team scoring a low number of goals while also conceding not a lot of goals.
