1xBit as gambling platform is the same. I know that the marketing is done by a new team. That is why everything has changed and the current 1xBit marketing team is trying to rebuild opinion. Of course it is not easy, but I believe it will happen sooner or later. There has already been a huge progress between what was and is now.

All the evidence suggests that nothing has really changed, they are still just as scammers as before, maybe even more so.
How long has it been since they came back here? Two years? Yeah, good job rebuilding community opinion. Keep believing.

Unfortunately, I cannot answer on behalf of the 1xbit security team.

However, let me try to imagine this: The company's policy is to protect information about users. Anonymity comes first. Why should the security team reveal internal sensitive information to anyone?

Have you ever heard of the story about the 'The boy who cried wolf'? 1xbit is basically the boy from this story who keeps lying again and again due to which no one in their right mind would be willing to trust them even if they were actually telling the truth.

It's close to impossible for them to restore their reputation at this stage since they have scammed way too many innocent gamblers.

It is hard to trust something like this that has been in existence with same problem over 5 years.

A check in the messages of user h4ns; and I've come to the conclusion that this user is using betting tips from certain sites. You have premium sites where you have to pay money so that you get information to take undue advantage on certain gambling sites depending on the API used. I definitely don't want to start a discussion about what is and is not fair/unfair, but users who only place bets on highly questionable matches where bookmakers are currently displaying wrong odds know very well what they are doing. I think they get into trouble with all bookmakers sooner or later, and then they play victim on the forum when in fact they are trying to cheat a bookmaker out of money. There are many people who have tried it that way with 1xbit.

1xbit rarely solved concerns about there Casino as you can clearly see on the trust history of there official forum account. I really they will solve your case since they are spending a lot of money weekly on there signature campaign here and still ignoring complaints here about balance on there website.

Unfortunately you should consider this 500$ to be lost forever but you must learn a lesson from this. Whenever you are going to play on a new casino on which you have never played, you should research for their reputation. If you have just visited the gambling section of this forum, you would have known that 1XBIT.COM is a scam casino and they will never return your amount back. Also why dud you deposit 500$ initially, can't you start with 10-50$ even if you wanted to check the casino.

I don't think we should provide them any false hope. They should face the reality asap which is the fact that they got scammed and they won't be getting their funds back at any point in the future.

They should try hard to learn from these mistakes and warn others not to repeat similar mistakes in order to save potential victims.

A brief look at the feedback received by the 1xbit scammers shows you will not be able to get your funds returned. The 1xbit scammers seem to be scamming on a massive scale now rather than selective scamming.

Sadly, you are one of many victims. The only chance to have of trying to do something to have your funds returned is to join forces with other victims and then take a group class lawsuit action against the 1xbit scammers - there is not much else that can be done.

When 1xbit Last solved their customer problem is a matter of concern. Because they never care about the problems of their customers as they create those problems on purpose. There is no point in wasting your money by joining such a website. But since you've already suffered, there's nothing you can do about it until 1xbit helps you (which is almost impossible). The next time you do a basic research before joining a gambling website, at least you don't have to be a victim of harassment like this.
