I don’t understand the questionable line-up Ole has put up against Southampton. Is he saving some players for next match? Or what’s his plan reversing them? Why he isn’t starting Sancho and Varane yet? These duo are good players and there are footballer and professional players who does not need that time to settle. The truth is ole is going to be the problem for united not to win anything because of he's always acting clueless. This same thing happened last season against Crystal palace, keeping some first team players on the bench and tryin to experiment something I don’t know. The result was a lost and he was blamed for losing at home to a lower crystal palace. There’s no champions league football or Cup games now, why not start the first Eleven, win easily and  save more points now.

It seems that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn't want to rush in giving roles to his 2 new players. Maybe he wants Sancho and Varane to adapt more by overseeing how Man United plays so they can synergize with the team when they are ready to play. Or it could be that Solskjaer is still considering their progress and feels that Sancho and Varane are still not qualified enough to be deployed as main players.

I am enjoying the match of Southampton vs Manchester United. It is a very competitive match. Both teams are playing well. However, Manchester United is trailing 1-0. The squad does not have main strikers Rashford and Cavani. Yet their team is stable enough. . Even if they are trailing 1-0, I don't think they will be defeated.

What supposed to be the most easiest/predictable match end up to be a surprise at least for this first half. ManU players were waiting for a foul and were hesitating, moving slowly and Southampton profited from this. It is a clear foul imo and the goal shouldn't be counted. I suppose ManU will wake up and might punish Southampton in the second half. Solskjaer has to make some changes imo to make the rythme faster.

Adapting is very important to see the situation of the game because this is in the EPL league of course it will be very different from the previous league so this will be a substitute, but don't know if Ole Gunner will include a player in the second half?
Seeing this there is still the ability for other players to turn things around I think Manchester will be able to at least equalize with southampton.

Nuno (Tottenham's coach), was asked why did he start the same team, why didn't he put Kane straight up.
He said they played well last week, so he'll start them again. But Ole He will be changing things and be doing experiment. When will he realized that Anthony Martial is not good for the standard we want. Let him go on loan. Look at Lukaku, he was not up to Chelsea's standard before. He went out, did well and they brought him back. Ole always keep trying out new things keep killing his games. He need to be careful if not he’ll end his Managerial career so quick.

The match is surprisingly difficult especially considering the fact that Manchester United won very easily in the first round. I hope for the remaining time Manchester United will be able to win - it would be a shame if, before the matches with the main competitors for the championship, Manchester United lost too many points and these would be meaningless matches in terms of fighting for gold.

Finally Manchester United has a life line, ole boys would want to be top or very close to it, last season they came back against southampton when the were losing 2:0 I think the saints will still remember that and defend the last few minutes very well, but alot can still happen in the match, I still predict a win for Manchester United

Tottenham are still winning against wolves, same way they held a win against manchester city I think it's all over for wolves.

How unlucky can Manchester United be, first they get an own goal courtesy of Fred and now they are failing to win after scoring two goals of the match....can a miracle happen before the end of the match, we can't be dropping points this early to teams like Southampton when the league isn't even heated up yet.


Other game of the day, Tottenham are up by 1 goal after a Deli Alli penalty goal which put them in front and look like we be having a perfect start of the season, but can they keep the pressure on the top teams?

This season we are seeing a lot of own-goals. Norwich players have also scored a own-goal in Manchester City and Norwich matches. Defenders should be careful. In today's match, Manchester United could have scored 3 points if Fred had not sent the ball to their goal-post. Today they have performed well enough. Manchester United's luck is bad.

Both United and Southampton had good chances to score. Southampton chances were much easier but De Gea knew what was coming onto him and pulled out the best to protect his net. Also Southampton would be quite relieved with result they got but feels like Saints might have pulled a 3 point out of this one.

BTW was it me or Matic seemed like a bit out of focus. Lose touch and so but yeah defensively he was good.

This Arsenal front four looks so pre-matured and almost inexperienced compared to the Chelsea side. Aubameyang is on the bench, Lacazette is out, Thomas Partey is unavailable, Ben White ruled out due to Covid-19. Even the midfield partnership of Lokonga and Granit Xhaka is something I don’t find interesting and well about. I feel like they should’ve play coupled of games together before this caliber of match where composure and confidence is needed. Arsenal going up against Tuchel's Chelsea without their first team strikers is something I don’t see favoring. Arsenal looks like the underdog in the game, and Chelsea has the upper hand to win comfortably. But with my experience in football, I can’t predict the outcome of this game. I surely know there will be goals from both side and

For a moment I really wanted to laugh when a lot of Manchester United fans in my place believed their team would win by more than 3 goals over Southampton today. But after they watched the match, I saw that they mostly looked down because Manchester United only drew and argued that their team was unlucky. Manchester United's failure was seen when they conceded Fred's own goal in the first half. Both teams both Manchester United and Southamton had chances to score, yes they didn't. 4 points from 2 match have put Manchester United in 4th position and will go down if Cheslea is able to beat Arsenal in a while.

We know Manchester united draw with southampton but the chances are quite a lot and DeGea saves the goal from a more dangerous attack say it's still lucky enough for Manchester with a draw by looking at the play on that attack, but behind all that Manchester must be willing to drop a few points and does not bring perfect points.

The Arsenal vs Chelsea match is a few minutes away. I'm actually looking forward to this match. Lukaku's lineup has been shown as a single striker and is immediately played, I'm sure this will bring Chelsea more superior in Lukaku's hands.

I doubt Arsenal will be able to level the score anytime soon, given the lack of possession in these early minutes.  I predict Chelsea will win 3-1 over Arsenal.

Lukaku has started well at the start of the game and has scored one goal indeed he is a great player with an attacking effort already in front of goal, being a striker at Chelsea is very fitting and this is the start of a good career in the EPL with Chelsea.
Chelsea's second goal has been a solid boost for Chelsea while Arsenal will be looking to repay it but it will be more difficult to see a tough defence, and Abumeyang looks like he will be playing in the second half, I don't know if it will be a goal for Arsenal gol or not.
