Marina Granovskaia is officially leaving Chelsea. Todd Boehly will take over as a sporting director until a replacement is found.

Not the best move considering we are in the middle of the transfer period and the fact that Boehly has no experience in that role. Chelsea have a lot of work to do in the transfer market and it would be smart for them to appoint someone with experience soon.

in my opinion Arteta must be able to revive the winning mentality in each of the Arsenal players and maybe with bring in some experienced players who have leadership qualities that can be a solution for Arsenal next season.

I think the Arsenal board and hierarchy are trusting Arteta again this season, it is a good approach and one that the fans can be proud of. Despite spending 150m last summer with little to show for it in terms of progress, Hopefully Arteta gets the top 4 ticket these new season or he gets shown the exit door away at the emirate

There is no doubt that Liverpool and Man City already have great squads and in addition to quality players with fantastic transfers, it is possible for many to believe Liverpool and Man City will be tough competitors in the EPL again next season.
Because the competition hasn't started yet so I'm sure other teams can still compete, some other teams are still looking for quality players before the league starts so I think the race will still be tight for the EPL even though Liverpool and Man City are favorites.
If the competition from other clubs besides Manchester City and Liverpool is the most visible candidate for signing players, it can be seen from the progress of Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, and maybe Newcastle club should stand out from all of them with good finances. But some obstacles are still unavoidable for the club.
Actually for next season I want to see the movement of Newcastle. They are a rich club now and for sure there are a few changes to come and maybe they will try to go on a better path.
At the beginning of the season they had slumped and even always competed in the relegation zone but after the power of money appeared in the middle of the season they changed the team a bit and at the end of the season they shot to 11th position and I think there will be more surprises this season.
As for other teams now, it is possible that MU will also squirm a little with a new coach, although there is still no guarantee, but many people's expectations are bigger for Ten Hag.

Firmino and Jota are decent players undoubtedly. However there is another fact about their situation to me. They haven't been quite enough strikers for a team like Liverpool. I'm aware that Liverpool are like Manchester City and they can get efficiency from the other players than their centre-forward more in terms of scoring goals. But I still believe that having a very reliable striker is always important for every team. For example, Manchester City signed Erling Haaland to feel more confident about that. As a result I appreciate Liverpool for doing the same thing by signing Nunez.
Such is the competition, every team that fights for the title every season will always think about maintaining the quality of its team with quality players. Manchester City signed Haaland in order to maintain consistency in his title in the Premier League and widen the chances of winning the title in other competitions, it makes teams like Liverpool obliged to compete with him by following the way they improve the team.

The match between Manchester City and Liverpool is now one of the Premier League matches that may be compared to the magnificent El Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid. Every match between Manchester City and Liverpool is very exciting, high intensity and competitive tactics from the coach are always expected. Nunez and Haaland will heat up the rivalry between Liverpool and Manchester City next season.

What's currently going on at Chelsea is what many Chelsea fans feared. Chelsea has been linked with nearly everyone I can think of. Currently now it is Raheem Sterling they are going after yet they haven't made any purchase yet instead they are having Lukaku on loan. I  think Chelsea fans should be worried that Roman Ibrahomovic is no longer the owner of the club, it would have been easier for them to make the signings.  It's left for Tuchel to find a replacement for Romelu Lukaku

Chelsea already have plans to sign a number of players for next season but I think so far the negotiations are still ongoing. Fans need not worry as the Premier League transfer window is still quite long and this will help Chelsea spend some of their money on the players they really need.

It is highly unlikely that they will not make a new signing to compete in the title race next season. Tuchel needs better players to include in his plans for next season, whoever it is I'm sure they will work on it as soon as possible. Sterling is the one they are most likely to get, I think we will hear a deal being made in the near future.

It's tough and I can totally imagine it's really tough for Arsenal. 18 seasons not being able to win the Premier League title is a very bad end result for Arsenal. They may play well, but what does it mean if they can't win the title? Apart from just staying in the Premier League and having a good business from selling players, I don't know anymore what Arsenal's determination is to be in the Premier League every season in the last 18 seasons.
Surely it's a tough job and need some strong person to change this all as we have Liverpool after few decades they won their first title under Klopp which is great achievement for them after watching last season I have feeling Arteta is also person which can bring some great changes, and he is already doing his work which can give good dividend to Arsenal recently they added few very good and quality players which is surely going to give some strength.

Arteta need some strong back from management for having success like Liverpool in this season we have good change in them, and now they are spending good amount which is surely going to give big changes and this is good for Premier League as we have too many strong teams at top.

... they have players like firmino and jota who are good and has been in the league for long.

Firmino and Jota are decent players undoubtedly. However there is another fact about their situation to me. They haven't been quite enough strikers for a team like Liverpool. Jota actually performed quite well in my opinion especially this season even though he was sometimes placed as a rotation player or substitute there but he is still very worthy of a striker.
As for Nunez, he is a pretty good asset for the future, he is still very young and the potential he gives is evident in his stellar performances at Benfica.
This is something good. Maybe for next season Jota's role will still be the same and Klopp will focus more on Diaz, Nunez and Salah in attack.

Ronaldo can be appointed as the new captain of Manchester United, but he is not the best choice for long-term captain because his time with Manchester United is not long. Ten Hag should try to put faith in Ronaldo, as he is capable of leading his team-mates on the pitch and is very influential in the dressing room. De Gea can be trusted as vice-captain, when Ronaldo is not on the field, De Gea will take his place as captain.

That's true , Ronaldo will be good to be appointed the captain of Manchester United but since he won't be in the club for long it won't work out. Whosoever  Manchester United want to make the captain it should be one who will be able to do it well, a captain who can bring everyone along to strengthen the team, this will make them to perform very well at the end of every game.
I don't know if you remember, but when CR7 was at Real Madrid he wasn't very good at the title of Captain, because some claimed that what he wanted was to play and not get into trouble all the time (Being Captain is synonymous with fighting all the time with the referees) he is captain for Portugal because he is already an emblem and out of respect and because he is really representing his country, but when it comes to teams like clubs, I think he will run away from him, I don't know if now He has changed his position regarding that, maybe, but I think that is his way of thinking, a captain requires much more responsibility than any member of the team.

What happens is that Liverpool also cooks with Salah, and even if things did not go well against Real Madrid, but they have a winning mentality, or they would say a very high self -esteem and this is what makes Arsenal lack.

Although I am not an Arsenal fan but I agree that Arteta should get the support he deserves from the management of the team. Last season he was a doubt as Arsenal played at their worst level since the start of the season, but midway through the season Arsenal managed to bounce back and Arteta seems to have proven he is worth keeping.

For whatever Arteta wants especially about good players I think it has to be supported by Arsenal management. That would allow Arteta and his team to really better compete in the Premier League for a title they don't have in nearly 20 years in their cupboard.

Rapinha definitely worths a lot for Leeds, not because he worths more to other teams and they should pay more etc etc but at the same time if you pay what Raphinha really worths to Leeds, then how could they end up with a player that good, for the same money?

It would just straight up be facing the fact that he would be gone, and they would get a worse player, for near the same level of money. This is why I believe it's logical. On the other hand, Leeds is not doing that much of a team change all the time, they are decent but they really need to get better, last year they avoided relegation barely, this year they need to make it work a lot better.

Arsenal's management confirmed the inclusion of Fabio Vieira, a Porto midfielder, for £34m. I think Fabio's talent will leave an imprint on English stadiums by putting in good performances with the arsenal.!!!Arsenal have made a bid for Raphinha, but it will be rejected as Leeds believe the 23-year-old is worth more than the player's value.

I think Arsenal know what they can do for next season and they have to look for more talent to be able to establish themselves in the EPL.
After sometime now Arsenal are having some better things in game and squad like as they play last year now management feeling with some good changes they can achieve better results which are not bad at all Arteta is doing good job which is having good impact overall. Now as they are investing and bringing some good skilled players, these can bring better results.

Raphina is surely currently one of rising stars and Leeds United already rejected few bids for him so most chances he is going to stay there with this now Arsenal can go for Gabriel Jesus which is also good signing for them because after Lacazatte they need more strikers for next season.
Arteta is doing a great job by transforming this Arsenal side who are putting in good performances week in and week out, winning important games against smaller side and even against league giants like Chelsea and Manchester United. They are also active in the transfer market bringing in Skilled players to strengthen the squad for the start of the next season. Raphina will surely be a good addition too but thats if the can cut a deal for his services with Leeds United before the end of the transfer window.

If we are talking about Mikel Arteta and Arsenal's rise last season, I'd also like to add some of my opinion about these. Mikel Arteta was appointed as Arsenal manager on late 2019. He has been managing the team since then and his current contract expires in the summer of 2025. This has been a really long run for him here but the last season performance of the team must have helped consolidate his place in the team more surely too. He was being criticized about the that horrible start to the previous season. But everything changed so fast thanks to their unbelievable recovery. Fans also started to believe in him and the team. Their performance on the final weeks wasn't very impressive but they still managed to have a decent ending.

I started to think that they can do even better than this and finish in top 4 this time. Their transfers can play a big role in this too and the possibility of bringing Gabriel Jesus must be making the fans really excited now.

Yes the team has improved to an extent and showed an impressive performance but fell out of top for due to problem of injuries to first team players in the squad and the substitute options were not reliable to keep up and stay in the top four fight. I think that is the issues Arteta is trying to solve in this transfer window. They are recruiting and not just focused on the first 11 but the substitute options also.

In my own opinion, Chelsea has more work to do at the defence than the attack. We need 2 Quality Centre Backs, If Alonso, Azpi and Emerson leave, Clauss and Sosa could be good for us on the cheap. Jorginho could also be replaced by Gilmour, while we still have Kovacic, Kante, Loftus-Cheek and Gallagher in midfield, we really don't need to replace anyone unless someone leaves. Werner, Ziyech can leave, and bring in Broja, with Havertz leading the line.

I think Chelsea are being too careful with how much they spend in the transfer window. Lots of fans were worried when Roman Ibrahomovic had to sell the club because of the sanctions, his absence is more painful as the new owner seem unwillingly to splash cash to buy players. The mighty blues might just become like Arsenal. I think the new owner should do more than his predecessor did, Chelsea is a big club and has good history players would want to play for.

... they have players like firmino and jota who are good and has been in the league for long.

Firmino and Jota are decent players undoubtedly. However there is another fact about their situation to me. They haven't been quite enough strikers for a team like Liverpool.
Bringing Darwin Nunez to the club was a good one, and also a good replacement for sadio mane, perhaps we all know this signing will really affect diogo jota and firmino, cause I don't think they will have enough playing time in the team. Diogo jota is really a nice player to me, he performed so well in his  match appearances last season, but wasn't giving enough playing after bringing in Lucas Diaz. Despite that he manage to net fifteen goals for the season, that alone shows his worth in the team, though with Darwin Nunez present in the team, he won't have enough playing time, he will be use as a substitute in most matches cause I think the coach will be focusing more on Darwin Nunez, salah and Lucas Diaz.

Being careful may be a natural thing for now, they are currently in a transition period and when just one mistake is made it will indeed have an impact on their finances as well.
On the other hand last season they have failed to spend money after Lukaku was not able to show well there. It will be possible for them to be more selective so that failures like this can be minimized properly.

As far as I know, Chelsea is no longer interested to keep Lukaku because he never fits with Chelsea tactics. In my opinion, the best solution is to sell him, not loan him to another team. If there is an offer to sign Lukaku permanently, Chelsea must consider choosing that offer. So, they're really going to part with Lukaku. If they loan him, there is still a chance for Lukaku to return again to Chelsea. I'm sure there are many teams interested to sign him permanently since he is a top striker.
