Manchester United already spend a lot of money as it is.  They spend even more than Manchester City in signing players if you look at their net spend. In terms of players salary Manchester United spend the most in the league also. So selling the club to Sheikh Jassim might not yield the expected result.
I wonder why United fans blame the Glazzers for every misfortune in the club when the owners are clearly not doing a bad job.  
I feel the problem of United is with the board. They make decisions that should not be made. The recruiting team of Manchester United should be changed, they are not doing a good job.

Yeah Chelsea and Manchester United were the teams that spent the most money in the last transfer window but the performance is beyond expectations

If Sheikh Jassim officially buys Manchester United, I think there will be a lot of changes in the members of the Manchester United board, this is nothing but bringing new changes to the new era of ownership. Apart from that, the expenses made by Manchester United in the previous few seasons did not seem to match their target, namely failing to win the EPL Trophy. For the latest developments I think the Glazers will proceed as soon as possible because there are strong rumors that this sale will go to Sheikh Jassim.

It is not entirely correct to talk about financial performance, given the fact that some clubs (at least City, and possibly all haha) are fraudulent with financial statements. As for the Glazers, they certainly could have been more successful in running the club, but if you look from their point of view, there is no tragedy - United have become more expensive during their reign, and everything else is not so important.

Pochettino hasn't still officially started his job yet. He is expected to join by the beginning of next month. As of his arrival there I think Chelsea will start to increase their attempts for transfers. Because they are really still in need of strengthening some areas in the lineup. Nkunku is about to join Chelsea soon which is a good start. Because they needed a solution for their scoring problem. They scored only 38 goals in 38 league matches. Can you imagine how terrible it is for a team like Chelsea?

I don't know if Nkunku is enough for the centre-forward place. Because Felix is returning to Atletico Madrid and Havertz is likely to leave this summer. They can sign a really solid striker by using the money they get from Havertz's sale actually but let's see.

When Graham Potter came to Chelsea in replacement of Tuchel, everyone saw how he came and was just doing things as if he will do something meaningful for the club and last last, it was nonsense effort he added to the team, he was one of the worst Coach ever signed by Chelsea and after that, Lampard came and pictures were everywhere in the media even when they are in training session, he was just over confident and showing off until they became nothing, there was nothing achieve by these men. Pochettino should better stay underground and do his strategy that will help the team than running up and down without any achievement.

The news of take over has already been broken all over the net leaving Manchester United supporters celebrating and making claims their club will spend so much on acquiring top players in this transfer window. Newcastle is currently very ideal in showing their performance, plus the financial support is quite large they can do anything if they want to buy quality players. You cant predict football, to you it may seem it will take Chelsea a long time for them to be that great team again,it can shock you in next season Chelsea can be among the best team in Premier league. He has to adapt to the atmosphere and he has to be able to give more joy to the status he has just joined Chelsea. Before the transfer window closes, Pochettino is actively seeking to add fresh players to the Chelsea roster. Inter and Chelsea are in negotiations for the transfer of goalkeeper Onana, as well as Nicolas Jackson of Villarreal and Moises Caicedo of Brighton. I also regret that Arsenal did not manage to win the Premier League this season because it is unknown whether such an opportunity will appear next season, given the cosmic competition and the fact that all the long-term leaders had obvious problems this year. We can say that this year it was not Guardiola who won the title as always, but Arsenal faltered at the end of the season and missed out on the title.
