Which one you refer better than Rice? almost of good midfielders already joined big clubs, Rice is one of top tier midfielder who's still playing for mediocre club, there's a big change Rice will join big club since it's his dream and West Ham also make good amount profit.

I don't think signing Rice is gamble, this guy have been proven his performance is really stable for 3-4 years in West Ham, unlike other player who's only played good for 1-2 years.

I have different perspective regarding it. It seems like that medium tier club was only taking advantage of the big club. As you can see that if we are rarely seen, big clubs sold its player for such a price while small clubs were always putting non sense price like they have motive to robbing the big club's money. Arsenal is now preparing to send third bid for rice. It's likely the next big gonna touch 100m or westham will be rejecting it again.
Im feeling if arsenal will take rice rather than manchester city. These clubs are the strongest candidate to take rice before transfer season gonna end.

This is a big profit opportunity for West Ham, the offer submitted by Arsenal has been rejected and now Manchester City are starting to move in this hunt by submitting an offer of 80 million euros, the nominal is far above what Arsenal has to offer. At first I thought Manchester City would win this race, in the end I didn't expect West Ham to still reject an offer worth 80 million euros from Manchester City. I heard that even though Arsenal have failed twice in this bid, they will not give up because Declan Rice is the main target and Arteta's squad will again make a new offer with a bigger nominal. The finishing hits are very good. There is more than enough talent to be a striker in this regard. However, his use as a winger who can score extra goals is more beneficial to the team. 3 great players will consume big transfer money but they will have to improve their midfield and defensive areas first. They already have good attacking players but have worse ones in midfield and defensive areas. They must improve those areas as they will not have draws and wins if they get too many conceded goals. A good central defender to replace Maguire, a good creative attacking midfielder to support Bruno Fernandez and replace Eriksen should be their transfer priorities in this summer.
