Chelsea got a life-saving win against Southampton by 3-1. Because they lost by 1-0 two times in a row against Manchester City and Juventus. For Tuchel's Chelsea, this was a very alarming situation and they needed to gather themselves up at the first opportunity. The game against Southampton wasn't going to be easy but they had no choice but winning to start a good form again. They scored first and they were playing great until conceding the equalizer. After that, they started struggling a little. But the red card helped them a lot to take the control of the game again and they got a really nice win.

It's Timo Werner's performance for me this season, and in the game. He is super performance for Chelsea and you can observe it that whenever he plays, the Chelsea's side game play improves. He deserves the goal he got especially to improve his confidence in front of goal. Though it's his first goal of the season, he will definitely be more frequent on the scoresheet.

Crystal Palace have looked good this season and Leicester City have looked awful in the league and in Europe competition. I expect Crystal Palace to win here like they did against Tottenham. I expect Tottenham to beat Aston Villa easily Aston Villa are not the same team without Grealish and Tottenham did well mid week with Harry Kane getting a hattrick maybe he has his confidence back.  West Ham and Brentford is hard to predict Brentford have beaten or drew with the best teams in the Premier League and you might be correct that they win again today. I think West Ham if they sit back and counter can beat Brentford I think Brentford do well when teams attack them like Liverpool and Arsenal. I think Manchester City have the better team and will win by 3+ goals today because of Liverpools pressing and missing key players like alexander arnold.

Chelsea is currently top in the EPL but if Liverpool wins their next match, they will overtake Chelsea having a 1 point lead of them. This Chelsea squad is very young and full of promising and skillful players. All the coach has to do is utilize them. I think Chelsea has got one of the most depth in their squad. So the coach can easily rotate players and play fresh legs almost every match. That was a very well deserved win against Southampton by scoring 3. Lukaku has been a great signing so far and Chelsea can be a big competitor for this season's league title.

In addition to the Liverpool - Manchester City game, I'm thinking of watching the Tottenham - Aston Villa game too.

It is going to be a very tough game for Tottenham here. Because they have been losing for three weeks in the Premier League. This is really bad and the fans have gotten really angry at the players and the manager. And they will find a way out against another tough opponent like Aston Villa. As you all know, Aston Villa got a huge victory against Manchester United by 1-0 away last week. Noone was expecting such result in that game as Manchester United dominated it. They will have a huge amount of morale against Tottenham and they are aware of Tottenham's being really weak these days. I think that the most credible option to bet on is "both teams to score".

For this game, my excitement is the inclusion of Kelechi Ihaenacho in the starting line up, as well as Lookman. From my analysis of the starting lineup, the Leicester coach is trying to ensure that they get goals enough in this game because the Leicester defence cannot be trusted.

Tottenham has been struggling this season and will be under pressure today from the home fans to get a win and grab the 3 points. Aston villa will be looking to attack from their lineup today, i hope they can soak up the pressure. A draw is what this game is looking like.

20 mins gone in the game and Crystal Palace are dominating Leicester City. I think Leicester are not to the same standard as they were last season. They look lost out there and Crystal Palace have been close to scoring at least 2 times with Zaha missing a near post shot and forcing the goalkepper to make 2 saves in a short time. Brentford have scored against West Ham you may be correct about that game I am watching the Crystal Palace game instead but I have heard Brentford have looked like scoring a couple of goals and they finally score. I think my predictions are going to be close I think West Ham might be able to calm down and get a point in this game. Leicester on how they are looking I would say they will not score a goal and it is only a time until Crystal Palace score.

I'm looking forward to the Liverpool vs Manchester City game and it looks like it will be tight, exciting and full of intrigue. and Liverpool appear to be looking to secure a home win to move up to the top of the table and overtake Chelsea who are currently top of the table after beating Southampton 3-1 and picking up two points.

and meanwhile, Manchester City are also eyeing a win to move up to the top three of the standings, and it doesn't look like it will be easy for Manchester City because they will play at home to Loverpool. and my prediction is the host will win in the match that will take place soon.

Suddenly Leicester City are 2-0 up against Crystal Palace. I have to eat my words because I said Leicester did not look like scoring today and then suddenly they are 2-0 up in less then 10 mins.  Vardy and Ihean getting the goals. Crystal Palace are not playing as confidenly and the atmosphere in the stadium has gone down. I think I will watch the Brentford game when half time comes because this game looks like it will be a Leicester win now that they have scored they have gained control of the game.

Liverpool and Manchester City are the favorites for the league and I think Liverpool have started as the strongest team in the Premier League. I think Chelsea are nearly there they just need to tighten things up because they nearly lost yesterday until there was a red card for James Ward Prose if that red card did not happen I see them dropping points. Liverpool and Manchester City today could be a title deciding match.

I am waiting for the line ups before I commit to my bet. I am going for a Manchester City win by 2+ goals instead of my prediction earlier 3+ goals. I will only place the bet if James Milner is the player at right back for Liverpool. Trent was out last game and I do not think he has been training with the team I think he is confirmed out. If Liverpool play Joe Gomez there I think they will be better defensively but will lose out in attack. If Milner is there he is going to struggle with the pace of Grealish and will probably pick up a yellow card early in the game. If KDB is playing then I am certain that Manchester City will beat the defensive line of Liverpool multiple times because they do not have the midfield to contain him. There is a huge pressure on Liverpool to get a result today after the result against Brentford and I think Manchester City will be using that to their advantage. On other news Palace have just scored against leicester I saw it pop up in the Brentford game. Any one watching it and let us know if Crystal Palace have returned to their 1st 20 mins form? I might put a bet on for a draw if they are.

Brentford is the replica of what Leeds was last season, I placed another bet on them this weekend, and they are away from home and still winning am really excited about this club, but we have seen some one season wonder and the next season they flop, in recent times we saw it with the blades sheffield United which the performed well on their return and flopped the next season we seeing it with leeds now, so if Brentford go on this exciting return they should learn from the other two clubs.

My prediction almost correct, i knew from the start that the problem for Leicester today will be their defence. A very disastrous defence making mistakes and conceding goals carelessly. Not happy that they didn't win the game and get all three points, but i guess one point is better than no point. I wanted a win as a birthday present for Kelechi Iheanacho who tried to get a goal, a draw will have to be enough.

Good news for Tottenham getting all three points from that game. It was very important for them, they were not their best in this game, i hope this win changes that in their next game.

It seems that everyone is focused on watching Liverpool vs Manchester City because it is very exciting and also very stressful because the goals that occur are rewarded with goals that are not far apart.
and the current score is 2-2 and I'm still optimistic Liverpool will win in the end.

WOW Manchester City vs Liverpool is the most exciting game in football for the last 3 years. That 2nd half as a neutral was awesome. I thought Liverpool were going to win after that Salah goal and what a goal that was. I cannot believe that Liverpool have not signed him on a new contract he has scored over 100 goals for them and today he was the difference maker. Phil Foden on the opposite side played well but he is no where near Salahs level. I wish Salah played for my team he is the best player in the world atm and it is disappointing that Liverpool concede with a deflected goal after that fantastic goal but I think Manchester City deserved to get a point at least they should have probably won it because they dominated that 1st half. What a game and what some players at the 2 teams and after watching this game I think it is these 2 that will be challenging for the league.

Even though I am not from GB, I must and want to agree that this is true. The top 5 - 8 teams are always good for a spectacle. That's usually way worse in all other big European leagues even though it looks differently right now in Spain, but that is only because the top teams are damn weak most of the time.

I like that Chelsea is leading the table. The coach along with his squad deserve it and it keeps the league exciting of City or Liverpool aren't ahead with 8 points after not even 10 games!

Man In the last three years, what have you been watching? If this is your best game since 2019, I assume you haven't been watching league matches on a regular basis. No doubt, it was an entertaining game, but did you watch the West Ham vs Brentford match? It was crazier and more intense than today's Liverpool vs City match. The first half was all Manchester City, with Liverpool getting very little of the ball. I'm not sure the first half was worth it, but it was a good game and a great result for Chelsea and Manchester United.

Without a sure, no league comes close; every game counts towards the title, and every game is unpredictable and exciting to watch. The only issue I have with VAR is that the officials continue to make dumb mistakes week after week.

Many have said they are satisfied with this match, watching Liverpool vs Manchester City is very stressful. Even we seem to be confused to choose between the two. Indeed, at the beginning City were aggressive and controlled the game until the end of the first half. But this is a quality match because in the second half both of them showed their respective fangs and balanced all lines. 2 - 2 is the score they deserve.

Yes but in most instances these games are driven by phases of dominance for both of the teams. Usually it is not back and forth so much, but rather that one team gives 120% for 15 minutes and then it is the other team's turn. You always know that both teams are able to take control, that is what makes this game such a highlight. Very similar to what el clasico used to be back in the days in the Primera Division.
