VAR and the on-field referees will make errors, it is part and parcel of the game. Maybe with time it will evolve and things will get better, give it a little time and see what happens. Let us not forget all the times VAR did get the decisions right.

What a weekend of football. The Premier League is the best, most exciting football league in the world  

Without a sure, no league comes close; every game counts towards the title, and every game is unpredictable and exciting to watch. The only issue I have with VAR is that the officials continue to make dumb mistakes week after week.

WOW Manchester City vs Liverpool is the most exciting game in football for the last 3 years. That 2nd half as a neutral was awesome. I thought Liverpool were going to win after that Salah goal and what a goal that was. I cannot believe that Liverpool have not signed him on a new contract he has scored over 100 goals for them and today he was the difference maker. Phil Foden on the opposite side played well but he is no where near Salahs level. I wish Salah played for my team he is the best player in the world atm and it is disappointing that Liverpool concede with a deflected goal after that fantastic goal but I think Manchester City deserved to get a point at least they should have probably won it because they dominated that 1st half. What a game and what some players at the 2 teams and after watching this game I think it is these 2 that will be challenging for the league.

That's the kind of football matches I love to watch. That's why I'm always excited when Liverpool is up against teams like Man city. It's always interesting to play a team to match our squad quality in both offense and defense and give them a run for their money. Salah was on point for today and he's the man of the match for me. Man city did good and so did Liverpool but I would've really liked if we took all 3 points instead of splitting points with city.

Good news for Tottenham getting all three points from that game. It was very important for them, they were not their best in this game, i hope this win changes that in their next game.

I think is a good performance from spurs, the players where playing for one purpose only, which is to win the game witth the way they compete in the game I believe they are all fighting to keep their manager, what i truly like from the beginning of the game was the starting eleven and formation no Deli Alli in the starting eleven was a relief  going for Romero ahead of Davison Sachez is good,and I wanted Tangaga to start at right back but Emerson Royal did a very perfect job...Coys on to the next one

Nuno needs look for a way to motivate Ndombele more,I think he and Lo Celso are very talented players to the team an they are more creative than the other midfield players,I we advice if he made them see their selves as direct rivals in that No 10 position let both of them fight for only one position it we bring the best out from them. Alli need to be coming from the bench,if he wants to play he has to earn it, because that No 10 position is the real problem we are having in the team,lack of creativity is affecting our play so this mentioned names should sit up.

Man In the last three years, what have you been watching? If this is your best game since 2019, I assume you haven't been watching league matches on a regular basis. No doubt, it was an entertaining game, but did you watch the West Ham vs Brentford match? It was crazier and more intense than today's Liverpool vs City match. The first half was all Manchester City, with Liverpool getting very little of the ball. I'm not sure the first half was worth it, but it was a good game and a great result for Chelsea and Manchester United.

I watched the 2nd half of the Brentford and West Ham game and I think the Man City vs Liverpool 2nd half was the best half of football this season. Last year Liverpool vs Manchester City was not as good because of the injuries Liverpool had but the year before that it was the best game of the season in the Premier League. Manchester City and Liverpool always have entertaining games when all their players are fit. People on reddit also saying that it is the game of the season and it definitely had the goal of the season with Salah scoring that awesome goal. The 1st half was not good for Liverpool  and fans watching but the 2nd half made up for it we had 4 goals in the 2nd half which does not happen often. I thought the Liverpool vs Brentford game was more exciting then the West Ham vs Brentford game.

Tottenham are 8th in the league atm and they just lose to a rival in a derby game and looked really bad. I want him out he does not bring anything to the team and Conte is currently without a team to manage. Tottenham, Valencia and Wolves are not on the same level. His time at Wolves was good but look at Wolves now they are playing the same type of football under a different manager. I do not think it was Nuno that got them playing like that but they have very good players. Tottenham were a good side before they signed Nuno. They made it to a European competition and for a long time before injuries they looked like they could challenge for top 4. Tottenham for the last couple of years have been very good and 2/3 seasons ago they were top of the league at Christmas before hitting bad form after that. They have world class players and should be competing for that top 4 every season. They have better players then Arsenal, Leicester City and Everton but they are finishing below these teams. The manager needs to go he has lost the support of the fans he continues playing Kane when Kane does not care about the team anymore and he makes awful decisions for substitutions. Did you watch the Arsenal v Spurs game and think that was acceptable from spurs? They rolled over and let Arsenal beat them embarrassingly. Harry Kane is not 1 of the best strikers right now he has failed to score in a Premier League game and only scored against a weaker team in the cup. Son is our main player and our best player Kane has disrespected the team and the fans. He should be punished for his effort in games and if he wants to secure a move to Manchester City next season he needs to start putting performances in. The other day he took a shot from like 50/60 yards out for no reason at all. He is just playing for the sake of it and it is obvious to the fans his heart is not in it anymore. I loved Harry Kane and I thought he was going to stay at the team for years but he disrespected us and has continued to disrespect us from the start of the season. This is not Nunos fault but Levys.

Brighton and Brentford are 6th and 7th respectively in the league with 14 and 12 points each.  It’s nice to see Brighton finally getting the results they’re due.  Last season they were playing very well, esp during the beginning of the season but the results just weren’t there.  And Brentford, what can I say..  I was all praise and was telling everybody to watch out for this club before the season started.  I expected them to stay up but I never expected them to do this good.  Lol.

Manchester United & City, Chelsea and Liverpool are best candidates to finish in top 4 and Everton can be the best candidates for the fifth position.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Leicester City have their problems with defense and dependence on one or two players. Everton don't have such dependence and it will help them to go far.

West Ham can join top 6 but Brendford will be like Leeds United in the last season. They will be exhausted in late of season and can not finish at high ranking.

Well, it's too early to judge though, but Football is a funny game, teams like Arsenal and Tottenham can always bounce back and try to hit the top 6 spot- though it will be very hard for them though. Specially Brentford's defense has been very good so far this season. Where teams like Tottenham, West Ham, and Arsenal conceded 10 goals in the first 7 matches, they only conceded 6.

They've seen potential since the competition started, which I'm quite surprised they can hold against Manchester United and recently drew 3-3 against Liverpool. The following week they will host the UCL champions. I think many will look to Chelsea to win the game, but maybe Brentfrod can hold Chelsea to a draw. Their key is to kill Lukaku's movements.

^ What Brentford needs to do is somehow go for a draw against these big teams like City, Utd, Chelsea, etc. The Chelsea match could be a tough one though. If they can mark Lukaku good enough and take hold of the midfield, maybe they can draw who knows? But so far I'm very satisfied with what they have shown in the premier league and let's see how long they can hold onto that.

Because of international games taking place there is a break until the next batch of games take place in the English Premier League.

Looking at the fixtures it would be a good opportunity for Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur to secure 3 points but on current form Brentford will not make it easy for Chelsea.

I think Leicester City will make it difficult for Manchester United.

Everton vs West Ham will be an entertaining game.

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace will be a good game. The first time Vieira returns to Arsenal as a manager of an opposing team and with Arteta not having a great time as Arsenal manager maybe Vieira can add more pressure with a victory against his old club.

The first match of the next round is going to be Watford - Liverpool. Watford have newly promoted to the league this season. And they haven't had a good start too. Liverpool are completely the opposite of them as they show a much bigger performance compared to the last season. They are right behind the leader by one point. They are in a really good form also. Maybe they lost to Watford away in their last head-to-head but I believe in Liverpool that they will win this time.

When it comes to the pool about which team can win the Premier League this season, I will try my luck with Chelsea. Because they are the team that I like the most now. And as long as Tuchel has the control, they don't seem like they will be out of discipline suddenly and have a long time recover. So they are one of the biggest candidates or maybe the biggest one to win the championship. That's my opinion.

They are a great team (in fact great squad), and they certainly have a chance. They've improved considerably with the addition of Lukaku. My only reservation I suppose is what happens if Lukaku gets injured? I think Man City would then be the favourites for the title.

I believe that currently the top 10 standings still have a chance to be top for the league trophy. We're not even halfway through the season yet, and there's still a lot of potential for surprises for the rest of the season.
it is still too early to predict the league champion. but Chelsea didn't miss the moment to get it. although City, Liverpool, United also appear very strong this season.

Chelsea is definitely among the favorites. The results have been very solid even though they couldn't win against Liverpool and City, but that is not that decisive. They also didn't lose both games big time, it was very close and they finished the game against Liverpool with one man less on the pitch.

If they can keep scoring solidly against all other teams, they definitely have a chance to play for the trophy in the end. They are very balanced between defense and offense and I can't come up with many reasons why they would be significantly inferior to Liverpool or City this season.
