I dont make a withdraw from betnomi from a lot of time, but the two times when i made one it was make fast. (but was little money like 2 or 3 mbtc i dont remember the eaxct ammount).

Upon checking his past post, it shows that he received the money and it took 21 days. That was long but that's better because at least he got it. If it resolved it means the site wasn't totally a scam and then the guy wasn't really an abuser and there are still some positive feedbacks that I saw around including yours. Oh well, just gamble only here at your own risk.

You have a lot of patience as you are still playing at Betnomi even though your previous withdrawal took a few days to get processed. They sent one of your withdrawal after a week, then your another withdrawal took 21 days to get processed. Why they are making such delays most of the time? Have you done anything wrong? Or they are doing it always for security check?

Rest assured that he got used to it and he thinks that this site was still trusted even though it has delays. What's important for him is that he is lucky here and maybe not really on other gambling sites but he should stop complaining now since he already have an idea how long the withdrawals can take place here. IDK if what is the main reason on why they do this. It can be about financial issues. If it's about security checks then usually it only last 24 to 48 hrs.

boroBTC if darxiaomi  withdrawal was made faster and yours was with held then I believed that there is something wrong in the account so you have to cross check your account or the KYC to see if everything is alright. Then if everything is okey then you can create a thread on accusation board to address the matter. And as darxiaomi  said, I also thought you have brought likewise issue to accusation board but not sure. Also when you are complaining such sensitive matter you have to be patient from their replies because they have to check everything in the account before giving you feed back.

I hope they can fix this soon because this is a very sensitive issue right now, people are very sensitive at the moment with any kind of delay when it comes to their withdrawals and some of them go as far as claiming they have been scammed when it is just a regular delay due to the holidays, lack of personal or a small problem with the system the casino designed to pay their customers in which they need some time in order to fix it.

It seems that betnomi is having a fairshare of queries due to their withdrawal problems. You can message @icopress to make your situation escalate to the higher ups of betnomi. I'm sure they don't want any problem in this forum that will tarnish their good reputation. I know that they will fix  their backend problem ASAP since it affects many people especially in withdrawal which is crucial to the casino. KYC will most likely be requested to you since you do consider withdrawing a large amount of money, Their current abuse and cheating issue also might raise the chances of them asking for KYC even for small to medium amount withdrawal.

I'm assuming that's the case at the moment. I could imagine that some of the team are currently on vacation and that there will be delays. But I'm not sure either. Either way, Betnomi has always paid out, even if it takes longer.

One reason maybe the new year holidays and lack of staff to process the complaints, but then if this is the issue or any other, they need to communicate it to their players, so the panic is not created when people are unable to get their withdrawals.

I don't see it as an accusation, tbh. The above users are just sharing their concerns regarding slow transactions. They experienced the same issue before and it got resolved. But I agree with you, betnomi team should fix this one for all.

This is not an excuse. Customers shouldn't wait days to get their money because the team members are on vacation. If this is indeed the cause of the delays then they need to hire more agents.

According to me who is very experienced in this field, I have to say that this is unacceptable behavior from a book that wants to be serious and respected.

Nice to hear about this promotion. However, i have a suggestion.

I believe Betnomi has a big community at twitter and therefore you publish such competitions on twitter. Bitcointalk is another forum / media and you have a lot of gamblers who follow your thread here. Why not also publish those competitions on this ANN thread too ?

Why we go to the twitter to find these offers ? Don't you consider the gamblers from bitcointalk supporting your site ?
