I was surprised to see Serbia's performance in the previous matches first. It was normal to see them losing to Brazil of course. But they could have won against Cameroon thanks to that solid performance. But somehow they made do with only a draw. Their chances to qualify from the group dropped down a lot as a result.

However things are going their way for now. They have made a really great comeback against Switzerland and they are keeping the 2-1 lead now. Mitrovic and Vlahovic scored the goals and it must be really satisfying for the fans to see these stars having a good day today. Because this is the most needed match for that in the end. As long as Cameroon don't get ahead against Brazil, Serbia are qualifying from the group. So far Cameroon couldn't do anything against Brazil as they don't even have a shot on goal.

Serbian national team has been better in recent years than before, but they performed very poorly in this tournament. There wasn't a team that was as slow as they were, with simple turnovers and clumsy balls. Even though there were star names in their cast, they were bad. So is their basketball branch. There are nba and euroleague star players, but they have not been able to exist in neither the Olympics, nor the world and European championships.

If only Switzerland had scored one more goal, they would have been matched with Korea as the group leader and relegated to Argentina's side. Argentina would thus have a chance to qualify for the final without being matched by any major team. Fortunately, this did not happen, otherwise Brazil, Portugal, England, Spain, France, on the other hand, would eat each other in the semi-finals.

Yeah really surprising for Cameroon to win in this match against Brazil and they showed how much it meant to them even tho they were eliminated. Swiss went into the knockout faze and now Serbia and Cameroon are going home and Cameroon at least took that third place

They played very non-dominantly from all sides (from ball possession to attempted shots). Brazil has been playing without any goals, they will definitely enter the round of 16, if Brazil still plays with goals, I believe Brazil can even get a win with a big goal difference in their game against Cameroon.

It was Japan yesterday who denied Germany their second position today it's South Korea shifting Uruguay to third place. Asian countries are making new records in the world cup. I am enjoying their confidence and pace. The round of sixteen big countries will get eliminated 2022 world cup is for the least expected country.

A lot of drama in this world pertaining elimination of Big teams by smaller teams, This will remind eliminated countries that one constant thing is change, No team should be regarded as a small team anymore as long as this world cup is concerned, looking at how countries like Germany, Belgium, Uruguay, just to mention a few couldn't qualify from their group stage games as a result of getting a shocking defeat.

This year's world cup has opened the eyes of a lot of football fans and bettors that winning matches in football are not by the number of stars in the team nor the name of the country but it is by good performances and utilization of opportunities. Looking at the big countries that were eliminated from the tournament at group stages, I noticed that they depended so much on past glory and they underestimated the other teams in their group made them perform poorly in their first few games. Everyone expected Germany, Belgium, and Uruguay to come out of the group stage probably as first in the group because of the number of players they have in the team but after seeing them show poor performance in their first games I could not bet on them going far in the tournament I guess this early departure from the World cup will make them understand that no team is small or big when it comes to football.

The Netherlands will play against the USA and this will be the first match in the round of 16, the Odds for the Netherlands are quite interesting in my opinion, which is 1.90 and I choose them to win in this match, in my opinion the Netherlands are lucky enough to play against the USA, so far the USA still seems to be struggling to score goals and it was evident that they had only made two goals not seen as a productive team

For me this is not so surprising, if you look at the Brazilian starting line-up that was sent down by the coach in that match, the players owned by Brazil do have almost the same quality as the main line-up. However, they did not play aggressively in the match this time. A victory that doesn't mean anything for Cameroon, because Switzerland has already made sure to qualify for the knockout round by collecting six points.

Switzerland has the chance to win the group in that match, if it wins by a big difference against Serbia, but because the number of goals is not enough, Switzerland must be satisfied with being in the runner-up position to accompany Brazil to advance to the knockout round.

I am thinking likewise USA will win against Netherlands they have shown some great football in previous matches , and you can never tell how Japan can beat Argentina as they have played exceptionally.
Senegal a definite yes from My side,  yes Brazil and Portugal can win as they were most consistent and favourites of this world cup.

To be honest, rather than Switzerland, I was expecting Serbia or Cameroon to enter the knockout round, because I don't think Switzerland will be able to do much in the next phase. Different from Serbia and Cameroon which I think might give some surprises.

Yes, you're right. it's not an easy job for Senegal and also Morocco to play against England and Spain, but one thing you have to remember is that in the group stage match they made a surprise, and I think it will probably happen again in their knockout match.

Cameroon has all it takes to qualify from the group match but they didn't realise it early enough. They benched the former Basiktas star - Vincent Abubakar. Such kind of players are not benched for any reasons. Abubakar was the reason Cameroon came back into the game as he came from bench and effected the 3:3 that gave them hope to meet Brazil and Abubakar still scored against Brazil. He is a hero.

I understand that Cameroon will be proud of this victory, but you understand that Brazil was already in the playoffs before this match and many main team players watched this match from the bench, so I consider the significance of this victory to be exaggerated, although I understand that now the result of this the match will be counted in the statistics as the first victory for an African team over Brazil.
