Congratz BitLucy on getting back on the track so quick. Hope team made conclusions from this promotion abuse and we wont see any similar issues.

What I would like to hear is how BitLucy is going to get gamblers back, fix reputation, their vision of a future. For example one of their competitors - BetFury has started an event with 500k bucks prize budget. My Duelbits offer 13 promotions. And BitLucy has no withdrawal button atm

Has no withdrawal at the moment? Therefore, they shouldnt have  launched or operate yet people would really be that hesitant nor really be making this as an issue yet withdrawal is the best thing
that gambler would do.If they do see that there's no withdraw button then for sure that would really be again giving out bad impressions but if this would only be good for 24 hours or several
then it would be considerable but if this one would last a little bit more longer then people will surely flee even with this simplest kind of problem which they do love to see.

Better close with promotion sign up bonus how to protect from cheater and bonuses abuse, there are not any reason when witjdrawing process delay. Although website have back normally but still have several issues above like fund missing and withdrawing not completed. Hope Bitlucy can back working normally later and keep the same like other casino for instant withdrawing and not delay more than one week.

I hope bitlucy will give priority on the remaining issue specially related to the withdrawal. New users who are not aware of the recent problems at bitlucy might get annoyed if they see that thier withdrawal are not processed or delayed.
Yet I am confident that bitlucy will join the trusted list of casinos once they overcome these current challenges.

I have never received any bonus. BitLucy gave me 10.54$ on 05/06/22 9:04 AM and instantly took it away. I have risked my signature campaign rewards, spend time and earned, and BitLucy took it away. This is ridiculous. I just got robbed.

If you never received any bonus then your win is valid and should not be reset, so just wait until royse777 is back online and you can tell him your problem, it looks like Bitlucy isn't fully functional yet because it's impossible for the casino to get players if there is no register button and withdrawal button

Yeah the site is accessible again, there's still a 7 Euro free bet while in their promotions page, they didn't have free bet promotions anymore, only a deposit bonus. Personally I will wait until the site already fully fixed with some changes that @Royse777 already pointed out before, I'm just worried if I play and win significant amount money, the site would accuse me for doing exploited bugs etc.

Waiting it is reasonable or maybe you can wait for the official announcement from their representatives on this forum that their website is fully functional and has accepted deposits, bets and withdrawals.

I mean when they are fully functional then we are going to see a website that has a lot of customers for the first day and maybe the biggest amount of players on a first day from any casino.

Have you contacted Royse777 directly Via PM? because he is directly in contact of the team and if not mistaken he is also part of it .

so Instead of asking here better to go directly in their Inbox so you will receive faster answer and best result as the Site of Bitlucy is experiencing so much abused and we cannot blame them from having this tight security now.

Still Bitlucy not working normally right now? I don't still open Bitlucy website after several days stop working temporally and do not know what have new update so far. I think not good conclusion if still close with withdrawing button and looks not fair what happen above member still complaint withdrawing almost two weeks not process. Let us wait for Bitlucy page to be up. For now as what most users have seen, withdrawals and deposits are currently disabled so that means that the site is not fully up yet.
We should wait the announcement from the owner or from Royse once the site is already running and accepts player to deposit, play, and withdraw.

Why do you have opinion about some user try log in and claimed free bet? I think all here user form Bitlucy worry about keep their fund safety or not after many cases from withdrawing are delay. Maybe you can read fully above where many user of Bitlucy gambling casino can't still withdraw their money. Royse777 was also inactive in the past 5 days maybe busy working on this because he is also part of Bitlucy I know, well I will not enter an account if everything is not normal, just wait until the official announcement which we will know here.
Maybe they were a little curious about claiming the bonus even though it couldn't be withdrawn, but with that effort the team would definitely fix it in any case.

Actually it is better for bitlucy to shut the website down first if it is true that the devs are  still working to make the website back to normal.
This way, the devs will be able to work on it easier as there is no one can access the website which may disturb what they are working for.
Indeed shutting the website down may make users worry and think bad about it but I think it can be minimized as long as the admin keep in touch with users through support and keep informing the updates regularly.

I agree. From a technical perspective this isn't an unreasonable approach. However, shutting down is an extreme option and may give the impression that the site is no longer operating. A commonly used strategy in these situations is to limit visitors to the website and to post a temporary "we'll be back soon" message. The theory is that the "disappearance" of the site itself creates confusion and anxiety that the site is no longer there and therefore encourages potential users to give up and leave.

I could say that the maintenance is over but i dont know if it is already been totally applying all of those changes.Yes,i do still see that phone number whenever you do register.

For complete overhaul then i do see those changes specially all of those icons are placed on middle which is on a big tile kind of design unlike before where everything is focused on a
single place.I can say that it isnt really that bad yet color theme hadnt changed out.

What it currently looks like is that the site was not properly tested when an announcement was made on the forum. It would have been much more convenient to test everything out. And for example hire some experienced gamblers to test the process and ask them what they think of the gambling platform and what improvements could be made. They went online too soon unfortunately.
