Why is Haaland considered risky? He’s been performing really well all the previous weeks.

He just recovered from a back injury. Though Pep confirmed in his press conference today that he is fit and ready to go against Burnley tomorrow, but i am not certain if he would get 90 minutes. He could even be substituted very early in the second half if City take an unassailable lead in the first half.

There are some big games taking place tomorrow. If you have players from Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City they should be getting points for your teams because they are playing against opponents that will probably concede.

Crystal Palace are solid, they have been since last season, so that could be a tough game for Liverpool. City should get a lot of goals against Burnley. And you cannot bank on United to get you goals, can you?

I don’t trust Liverpool even though, I fully trust  Salah’s (luck and all) but I don’t trust Mateta as much as I don’t trust Watkins, Mateta have at least scored twice or if I’m mistaken 1 goal and 1 assist, while the way anyone could have earn extra point from Watkins over the past 5 weeks is if FPL award bonus points for keeping a shitty player for 5 consecutive game weeks. This week, for me, it still remains a case of Watkins or Mateta, so I’m more likely to go with Watkins but he’s currently out of my team simply because I’m waiting for a price drop hopefully tomorrow/tonight and I’ll just bring him back in.

Crystal Palace have been playing very good for a small team. They won the FA Cup last season and have been in good form in the Premier League even though they sold some players including Eze to Arsenal. Playing Crystal Palace will be a tough game but I do expect Liverpool to score regardless of how the game ends.

As for Manchester City, a home game against Burnley should be a good opportunity to add to their goal difference. If Manchester United are ever going to be taken seriously in an away game, this is their opportunity. They probably won't by the time you see the line Guardiola might decide to put out, it's certain Haaland would be a starter and I'd guess Doku as well who have been very brilliant for them, I'm keen on having him for the time being on team for the Man City run of matches, but it's just so tricky and tough to pick any from City outside Haaland, Gvardiol (if not injured) and who their 1st choice goalkeeper is without the risk of heavy rotation.

As of now, I think I'm going without Salah, and my team looks structurally better off with it, although points my suggest otherwise as times goes on, and captaincy headache is going to be brutal because it's was just so easy leaving Salah with the armband regardless of who Liverpool is facing.

What do we think might be the fate of Ekitike at Liverpool after this suspension? I mean, technically he would only get to miss a game but, that would be allowing Isak into the starting line up for Liverpool in tomorrow’s game and possibly next weekend pending on how he performs maybe. Ekitike have been very instrumental to the squad but, should Isak perform well, could Ekitike loss his spot in the starting lineup?

I wouldn’t want to see him off my team just yet.

I was contemplating WC whole week and decided against it since I have a team with super fixtures this week. In the end that decision costed me more than 1M in price changes. I don't mind risers but Watkins and Rodgers costed me a lot. Sanches and Williams also dropped in price. I really don't get it for Williams, guys gets 10 points last GW and has Sunderland at home. Why would you sell him this week? Unless you are on WC, but those transfers shouldn't count.

But don't worry buwaytress, it is peak fantasy when everyone gets rid of the player he starts scoring. I am expecting Watkins haul either this week or in GW8 when I get rid of him.

Isak is going to take over starting position, that was never in doubt. There will be rotation depending on Champions league and cup games so Etikite will get minutes for sure. Fantasy liable after Isak is in full form, not really.

You don't buy a player for £125 to keep him on the bench. Isak was always going to be Liverpool's number one striker, he didn't have any pre-season, that is why Slot is slowly integrating him into the team. It is only a matter of time before he gets back to full fitness and takes the starting berth, except if he flops of course, which is highly unlikely.

He is expensive (£8.7m), so you wouldn't want to have that much money on a player who would prolly not start most games. However, it is just speculative for now, so better to leave him for a few weeks and watch how things progress.

Although he's had a shaky start, Wirtz looks like the best Liverpool asset to own. Strikers will be rotated, so will Gakpo, I think Wirtz plays the most minutes other than Salah.
I will still sell him in the next round, didn't have transfers available now. But considering the options in Liverpool's offence, I will surely consider bringing Wirtz back into my team at some point.

Didn't WC, I like my team for the next 2 GW's and we'll see whether I'll need to WC during the break. That was always the plan.

I was waiting for Liverpool to lose points today. I said no to Liverpool to win in the BSFL also. Because Crystal Palace weren't an easy competitor. They weren't conceding easily. The only sad part for me is that Salah couldn't score or make an assist...  

I'll think about removing Salah or not. If I do it my choice would definitely be Semenyo. This guy still continues to score man. He'll surely blank sooner or later but it feels like he'll have a great season anyway.

Only thing that went as planned in this GW. I must confess I got a lot of points from my captains scoring in last moments of the matches. There was Salah a couple of times and now Haaland.

Preached the gospel but missed out on it - couldn't get him in GW5 for GW6 so I had to WC to bring him in. Limiting the game to one chips per GW sucks at times.

Did same circle, took plamer out to sign Bruno and then upgrade Amad too to Mbeumo, that penalty miss simply took away almost same 10 points away from me. I could remember ever saying that with the way Bruno takes penalties and never misses any day he starts to miss them he will have his confidence shaken and this might lead to him missing  more and here we are he already missed two this alone and both (Fulham and Brentford) have caused Manchester United points. I am not surprised  because Manchester United are just so inconsistent, Instead of them to win this game and gather more confidence they went back to been Manchester United.
