I made a very big mistake by using TC on Foden instead of Haaland. When it was announced that Foden scored the first goal for Manchester City at first, I thought myself very clever. But after the match ended I realized that I was the most stupid in the pool.    I had to be in top 5 but I fell behind in the standings a lot. However we still have a long season ahead.

Well, these are the moves that make sense in theory - but you have to be incredibly lucky as well.
Haaland on TC was a defensive move, most of us made it, those that wanted a little less defence just captained him without using the chip. The hazard move was to captain somebody else, and to triple captain somebody else was, well, totally crazy

These moves are extremely risky because you basically play them against all the teams in the league. This is for me a move you try in GW33 if you're 60 points behind, this early in the season I'd never do this.

That's it guys. I'm throwing in the towel and going to just WC for as many top point players I can find, and fill the rest up with benchers.

I'm fine for next GW, plan was always to wildcard after it, I just don't know whether to go for Saka now or not.
He's starting from the bench today - so unsure he plays the full 90 during the weekend.

Yeah, logic dictates I wait for international break but I'm haemorrhaging points as it is and I have to take my salt now and see how painful the wounds get.

So hard to be objective also, Bruno seems a better points asset than Saka with minutes guaranteed but Saka just to my eyes is irresistible when he plays. Only "problem is he's way more expensive and then I have to gamble that he plays 90 minutes and doesn't get injured but hey, that's what a gamble is for haha.

So Sanchez out for a cheaper keeper, and I have to eat up another good defender to make way for a cheaper one... and also hope Watkins really deserves his place on my WC team.

Keeping: Watkins, Semenyo, Ndiaye, Richards. Bringing back Gabriel and Saka. After escaping the red card and scoring a goal Gabriel should be "Safe" now heh.

I know Foden has shown some good signs this season, but not enough to even be captained, much less triple captained. Foden has to regain his form from two seasons back to earn that 'right', lol.

However, i was actually in two minds as to captain Semenyo over Haaland for this gameweek. But i still stuck with the Norwegian, he has been on fire and i think he would get at least a goal against Brentford.

I really didn't think today was the deadline, I thought the first game was going to be tomorrow 12:30 PM GMT, I was thinking I would make my moves if any this night, perhaps for Saka, or Eze / Gyokeres... Now, I'm going into the week as is, and I can only hope for the best

I still haven't bought Semenyo and I see so many people have him already. He has really shown great performances until this week. But I still didn't get him while using my wildcard. I hope I don't get regretful later on.

I decided to make Haaland my captain once again. He has blanked only once so far. While he is on fire I don't want to take a bigger risk with someone else. He will blank again sooner or later but let's hope it won't be this week.

I really didn't think today was the deadline, I thought the first game was going to be tomorrow 12:30 PM GMT, I was thinking I would make my moves if any this night, perhaps for Saka, or Eze / Gyokeres... Now, I'm going into the week as is, and I can only hope for the best 

I also missed the deadline, but luckily for me, I had set up my team for this GW on Wednesday and was set to roll for this round.  I don't normally set up my squad until weekends so I was lucky to have it done earlier than usual this week.

Westham Diouf is the most underrated DEF - his attacking threats is insane. GW8 & GW9 looks great for him.

I guess I was greedy at the beginning of the season because of wishing to see myself at top.

I missed the transfer deadline and did not have a chance to make any new adjustment to my team. Semenyo was my captain from last week, so he remained with the captaincy this new week.

I did not even follow up the game, just turned in to check the scores, and I saw Semenyo had an assist and two goals!

That is fantastic, and a good way to enter this GW.

Sometimes your projection takes such a toll on you, you don’t take notes of the league in time until it’s tool late. I’ve been there severally but, you just have to hope your points stays within range, anything above the average could see you through.

I managed to keep tabs on this one because of my last week performance, wasn’t proud of it and certainly need to start chasing the points before the season eludes me.

I think except there is a huge amount of people in the league went all out for Arsenal assets and they haul or Watkins and Rogers keep them and both of them end the week greatly too, I should be fine with my team, those are the only meaningful differentials that could hurt me the most.

An Isak hattrick against Chelsea, while Joao Pedro scoring 2 in return could help silence whatever mishap that could happen, so all hope isn't lost for me.

Semenyo is must have at this point, whoever has bring him is prolly missing out the most, he's the Bournemouth version of the Mbeumo we had at Brentford last season.

It has now been two consecutive weeks that I reminded others to change their teams before the 90 minute deadline of the first game of the GW. Unfortunately, for one reason or another I could not make the changes and will suffer the consequences of losing potential points. I also was unfamiliar with the rules at the beginning of the season therefore I did not transfer out a player (Bamford) that was told by the manager he would not play for the club (Leeds United) again. I suppose it is a learning process.

I decided upon Gyökeres to be the captain for my team on this GW. Now I see how wrong I was with trusting him for captaincy... He had a really terrible game today. I couldn't even get excited about him in any moment.  

I was between him and Haaland for it. So I hope I don't regret it after the Brentford vs Manchester City game. For now I'm happy with the amount of points I've collected on this week.

I got for this gameweek a super strange formation/line up, i went with only 2 midfielders, and the only two i got played super good, i have Declan Rice who score a goal, have a clean sheet and i supose he is gonna receive some bonus points, and Kudus who scores and made an assit, so i hope he also gets bonus points.

Aside of that my strategy didnt work as planed i went with 5 defenders looking for cleasheets and so far two of them already failed.

If you've somehow got Kudus + Semenyo = Then, you already having an incredible week, and I'm jealous, Saka outscored Bruno but I believe it could have been worse, I'm with so many two pointers, just like scoring in the paint in a NBA game.

Where is the same caliber of service that was provided to Darwin Nunez, why bring in Isak if the supply line isn't going to be productive ??

Gyokores may not be on the goal scoring form, but his game is improving, his threat on defenders and hold of play is getting better, there is more to come from him.

Liverpool lost again today! three losses in a row for the team, I think their defensive challenges is finally catching up with them. Salah a flop again today and his refusal to even make an attempt to help the team in defense is affecting them.

Liverpool have been very porous defensively. Konate and Van Dijk are not doing their job well enough because even in the games they have won this season, they have struggled to keep a clean sheet. I am happy with this result from Chelsea; they kept going and going until they gave Liverpool a taste of their own medicine, a goal in extra time of the game just the way Crystal Palace did.

I expect Manchester United to exploit Liverpool's poor defense again when they meet Liverpool after the international break.

Saka on penalties meaning he's a must going forward. Kudus is killing me - and he would have been in my WC team.

And what to say about Dorgu? When I picked him, the idea was that he plays the Burnley and Sunderland games and sits out the other ones. He started all other 5 games and didn't in any of these two, in which it makes more sense to play the more offensive fullback.

Wildcard activated, my defence is in shambles. Gonna be a long 2 weeks without PL again.
