Liverpool isn't really in a good form this season but this also may be a good thing for them for this match because the only thing left for them is the champions league, they lost the hop for getting the EOL title and they already out of the curabao cup so i believe they will put all the their efforts to Keep playing for the champoins league

Changing the team is not always a good thing, going to a better team and failing there doesn't mean you are a bad player, it just means you are not fit for their tactic, you could take Nunez and give him to some other team and he could play amazingly there as well, or maybe send him back to Benfica and suddenly he is not as good as he used to be even there.

It's all about how you use a player, and also there are situations where they are on fire for a season and that's it, it's their best season and you buy them based on that best season. I am not saying that it's going to be Nunez like this forever, but just check to see if player would fit your system before you buy them.

Gakpo performed well in PSV too and he has good statistics for PSV. His performance for Netherlands in World Cup 2022 is a confirmation for his ability and his value increases because of this. I disagree with them by the expensive transfer for Nunez but in the past, they succeeded with many attacking players, Salah, Mane, Firmino, Jota, Diaz. They are all good players for Liverpool and did performed well for them.
