Agreed, Milan was getting struggle in the domestic league. it was always getting a draw and lose. It's unlikely milan able to win the match against totenham. Totenham looks like a very good choice for the first round bet and then totenham is still having a big chance to win milan even if it was playing in milan's home. Im always optimistic with the progress that already made by totenham compared with Milan. Milan was so strong when it comes to the UCL but this time I can't even believe it seeing the performance in the domestic league.

Sometimes the performance in the Domestic league does not influence the performance in other leagues, Most especially when the league is the champion league. Chelsea has plans for their players, it takes a good analysis to see that. Next season may not be favorable to some clubs who only have a good first-team squad with no second-choice players and I believe if you look at it this way u will understand that all of Chelsea's new signings are useful.  The club is still competing in two leagues, and This season is still ongoing, it is too early to assume that chelsea will not achieve anything.

I agree that in the Champions League match later maybe the result will be different. I think Chelsea has plans for all their recent signings. They’ve already got some great and amazing players and actually don’t need all the recent additions to the squad. But the manager and the management obviously aren’t in the mood to spend money on players that would be useless to the club. They’ve certainly got some plans for all their recent signings and are perhaps building a new squad that would actually deliver on the need to score goals and win games.
They could win Dortmund but Who knows? In football, anything is possible
