I came here to say the same thing exactly. Brazil have technically one of the strongest player pools compared to the rest of the other countries. Brazil is like the heart of football above all else. We have seen so many talented players coming out of Brazil thanks to hardworking scouts of top teams in Europe. There have been even many Brazilian legends such as Pele.

It is like there is no time period in which we see majority of Brazilian players being unskilled. They had a great squad in the World Cup as well indeed but it is totally related to the management. They have been in search of a new manager after parting ways with Tite. Ancelotti has been rumoured with the job a lot recently. Again, the same is with Croatian national team. I don't follow Brazil that closely to know how much their coach changes the starting lineup. In Croatia there is standard lineup and everyone knows who will play and who will start on the bench. There are some rotation, of course, but the approximate starting lineup is always known. I'm very curious how will the Croatian national team perform in the final four of the UEFA Nations league this month, but that discussion is probably for another thread.

I am still bothered with managers not doing dual job, that should be more common. I know that it is going to be tough job for sure but that doesn't mean that we are not going to end up with that being a good idea for them. The Brazilian League has remained where it was, and European football has contributed to the fact that the level of all the top teams (which supply a lot of players to Europe) has leveled off. I'd really like to know why you feel this would be a good idea. Because the reasons you have are not reasonable enough for a club or national team to share it's manager..
First, the manager's attention will be divided. He can't focus on both teams a hundred percent. Maybe you feel it's only during international breaks that the managers of national teams work which is not true. They work round the clock too just like club managers.
The watch the players of their national team play for their various clubs so they'll know who to call up for a particular tournament. It's going to be a disaster for all the parties involved. Real Madrid, Brazil and Ancelotti will all be in a big mess.
Then there's also the fact that you didn't mention a small team. It's Real Madrid. A team of that magnitude. A tea fighting for the champions league, La Liga, Copa del Rey. Then Brazil. This is actually funny when I think about it.

Who could really argue that Brazil hasn't been enjoying a phenomenal run of form in international football competition? When they were at the top of their game, in the late '90s and early '00s, what happened? Killer aim, really dominant! The latest World Cups, though, man. They've certainly experienced their share of "facepalm" moments.

Don't misunderstand me, though. This Brazil team is really real. Each player acts like a viral social media influencer by dropping abilities on the pitch. I agree with this observation. After their big win against Serbia early on, Brazil became complacent during the FIFA World Cup 2022 group phase. They lost to Camroon by a margin of 0-1. Argentina also lost to Saudi Arabia in the group phase, but the difference is that they learnt their lesson and started to treat their opponents with respect. They never lost another match in the 2022 edition. On the other hand, Brazil got one more big win against South Korea in the round of 16, and then again went back to their old ways. And finally got knocked out by Croatia in QF stage.
