I think one of the reasons PSG lost was their match strategy nothing els.  Their youngster Luis Enriue wanted to control the match with possession of the ball.  They have placed more emphasis on ball possession than attacking more.  I would say this match strategy only applies to La Liga, why? You do not have to be a coach to understand that, it is very difficult to win in the Champions League or Premier League with such tactics.

I was not surprised as well because i knew the way Newcastle play it will be difficult for PSG to penetrate them because of the quality of players they have and the only threat i see is Mbappe and Dembele and i still knew they will have tough time getting through Newcastle’s defense. I love the way Newcastle approached the match, they showed no sign of fear and they didn’t play as if they are new to the champions league atmosphere. They gave their best and the fans helped encourage them since they played at home. It was an interesting match and the better side won.
