So I tweaked my back fucking around with the snow and I skipped a day. So 88 days in a row and a skip is 89 days
so when I report tomorrow.
do I say 90 days in?
I hope you have a quick recovery. We're you rolling a big snowman, making a fort, or was it the snow angels? In my interpretation you would report as 89 days, to not mess up your average? So I guess the 'PU/day' column should be 'PU/days pushin" my report: [edited out] DirtyKeyboard,331,34243,2025-01-08 I just had to do another 3 for the palindrome total. Oh boy! I'm set for a while now. For sure, several of us do want to try to do pushups every single day no matter what, yet some kinds of injuries are going to justify that we either greatly reduce or pushup quantity or the types of pushups that we do, and there are surely circumstances where we run risks of aggravating our injury (or our health conditions), so yeah, hopefully you are able to recover quickly and you are able to assess the extent to which taking a break is a better way forward. I frequently cross my fingers in regards to my own health situation, and surely there have been several times in which I have had to either modify the quantity of my pushups or the number of sets that I did in a day based on concerns about my health or my recovery from various bodily pains that sometimes were not clear about whether they were injuries or merely soreness.. and for sure the back can be a dangerous place to have injuries, and I think that my most related back problem was soreness that was happening in my shoulder blade, yet luckily my shoulder blade soreness did end up resolving after several days and even my choice to purposefully lighten up on the pushups that I was doing at that time. Another thing is that as we become more elderly, we might have some actual physical obstacles in regards to pushing through pains (and/or injuries), and sometimes we might be more vulnerable than we think in terms of how much stress we might be putting on our system if we are not allowing enough recuperation time, which surely could include if we are more elderly, we may well have to try to make sure that we are not over-scheduling too many things and giving our bodies enough time to recover, whether it is breaks in our activities or even if it is time to sleep or otherwise just relax.. and sure some people have massage chairs or even stretching routines or yoga, and so we might even have our own limitations in regards to when or where we might do things or even if we know certain kinds of recipes are good for our body to help it heal, and sometimes we might even need to purposefully make extra time so that we can be sure to eat good quality foods and to be more leery of comfort foods during times that our body is injured and in need of healing. I frequently suggest to get some good fats in your diet, yet even with me, the other day, I made a soup, but I had included too many fatty cuts, so when I made the leftovers, I had to purposefully add some ingredients to modify some of the intensity of the fattiness, which I ended up adding some vegetables and some non-fatty cuts of beef...so the leftovers ended up having a much better taste balance, and it was probably also of better nutrition when the fat content ended up getting modified down to a lower level. Health is what no one really has much control of. We only pray for good health and engage in practices that may help keep us in good health. This art of push-up is something that requires fitness even though it also helps one to gain more fitness. While engaging in push-ups, it is advised to monitor your body system and pay attention to your heart rate. You stop every set before that uncontrollable gasping in other not to spend more time before recuperation. You can break down the exercise to as many as possible to achieve same goal. Age is also a very big factor in which everyone should mind at all time. Don't push too much than you can bear. Eat always and drink plenty water after the push-up to sustain your body osmotic pressure. Red meat is not a very good option especially to the older folks. Let your sources of protein rest on White meat and fishes. Always visit a medical expert for check ups and medical advice if you feel sick or undue weakness.

Recently I started feeling a kind of imbalance between my upper body and my lower body even though I don't usually see it in my large mirror. So this morning I decided to add squatting to my exercise to help me have this feeling of balance. I did the squatting after each set of my push-up. Trust me, even though I can't view the impact of the squatting by sight, I'm already having this feeling that my body is going even if I continue to add this squatting with time. I maintained my 4 sets of pushups of 60, 50, 40 and 30. 100k,Tonimez,33,4620,2025-01-08
Imbalance in size, to maintain a perfect physical structure working on both upper and lower limbs is important including the chest which gives a more balanced posture totally in view for the whole upper body. While squatting might look more intense, adding a bit fun to it you can actually go running the stairs like some users do here or try taking morning jogs importantly with a clean daily routine of calf raise to also help the calf be in good proportion with the thigh. 100k,Obim34,304,28350,2025-01-08

Today, I was calm and took the push up approach with very much ease, and am happy it yeilded positive result in a greater number of push ups. I made sure I had enough rest after each push up so to regain at least some strength for the next push, and it paid off. Back to 100💪
It was 20, 20, 20, 15, 15 and finally 10. 100k,Bgjoe33,9,670,2025-01-08

My friend accepted my diffit by me and bought me two bottles of drinks added to the one i have already. My report: 100k,33,5650,2025-01-08.

A week in the new year I spent eating without rules with family where meat and bbq splattered which made me have to experience a condition where my stomach could not be conditioned properly and made my activities delayed for 2 days because I had to undergo a recovery process due to rising stomach acid.
This is clearly a stupid thing that I did which in the end just because of gathering with a big family made me lose momentum and forget the healthy life that I have lived in the last 2 months.
My push ups were interrupted for 3 days but for today I returned to doing push ups as usual where the first 2 sets x 26 I did push ups plus did shit ups. Afterwards I ran around the complex as usual and completed the other 3 sets. Today even though I had rested for 3 days, it was difficult especially for the last set but I was able to finish my 125 push ups.

[edited out]
Health is what no one really has much control of. I think that many of us tend to believe that some aspects of health are controllable such as diet, sleep, exercise and perhaps some environmental factors. Surely some genetic factors and/or age might not be very controllable... even though some kinds of conditions might be questionable as to the cause an if their might be some possible controllable angles that might mitigate a bad condition or even make a bad condition worse if we do the opposite. We might not even know if some activities might be helping more than hurting in terms of some of the conditions (or injuries) that we might have. We only pray for good health and engage in practices that may help keep us in good health.
Sure it could be possible that praying also helps or could hurt I suppose if we might not be praying or if we might be praying the wrong way.. so if I pray that I can do pushups, then I pray that my pushups are pushing the BTC price, and I will blame Phillip for getting injured and bringing the BTC price down in recent days or perhaps blame OgNasty for fucking around with our BTC currency pairing.. so I am not sure if my good or bad thoughts (especially when I put them into typing) ends up being helpful or not. This art of push-up is something that requires fitness even though it also helps one to gain more fitness.
Some people believe pushups are a waste of time, and that our time could be spent better involved in other kinds of activities. Sure I don't necessarily believe that, and part of the reason that I am in the midst of my 339th day with pushups has to do with some level of belief that I have in regards to the pushups being more helpful than they are damaging to me... While engaging in push-ups, it is advised to monitor your body system and pay attention to your heart rate. You stop every set before that uncontrollable gasping in other not to spend more time before recuperation. You can break down the exercise to as many as possible to achieve same goal.
Some guys do slow pushups, others do fast pushups, some do modified pushups. I have changed the way that I do pushups, and I also time my pushups in order to monitor some aspects of my pushups. I also have changed my number of sets and the amount of time between sets, and sometimes I am purposefully to try to do them all in a short period of time, and other times, I drag the sets throughout the day. I don't tend to monitor my heart rate, yet sometimes I will push to failure and sometimes failure comes from my breathing and other times it comes from the soreness of certain muscles. Age is also a very big factor in which everyone should mind at all time. Don't push too much than you can bear.
What is that supposed to mean? You sound like a young person trying to tell an older person what to keep in mind. Some old people purposefully stop doing physical activities, especially resistance training and they might do cardio such as walking or running or getting on tread mill or a stair master.. so there can be a variety of approaches.. some folks do stretches and others don't some persons do yoga, meditating, and even heat/cold treatments and others don't some folks swim in a lake, pool or ocean and others don't know how to swim even though they might have spent many years on this here earth and never learned how to swim or to drive a car or a motorcycle or to ride a bike. Eat always and drink plenty water after the push-up to sustain your body osmotic pressure.
What kinds of food and what kind of drink? Do we eat before or after our pushups? and does it matter? Some people think fasting is good, and I have heard mixed reviews about fasting, especially for more elderly people might have issues with their muscle loss and even needs to feed in order to help with muscle loss, though I am not always convinced about the varying studies regarding when or what to eat. Red meat is not a very good option especially to the older folks.
You were likely lied to if you believe red meat is bad for you. Do you believe that the fat in the red meat is bad for you too? Is pork a red meat or not? How about the difference between ruminants and non-ruminants? Let your sources of protein rest on White meat and fishes.
Chicken? Store chicken or driveway chicken? Should the chicken eat grains or would it be good for them to eat bugs? What is your view on eggs? The whole egg or just the whites? I agree that there are a lot of fish and seafood that is probably good. How about milk? with fat or without fat? How about raw versus processed milk? Is it even possible to get raw milk products, if not why not? Always visit a medical expert for check ups and medical advice if you feel sick or undue weakness.
These experts are going to be helpful? For what? Drugs, surgery and tests? Anything else? Do they advise on lifestyle, diet and/or supplements? Do they know very much about sleep and exercise? I suppose I have to go to specialists, even though some doctors might know a lot of things, since What is the difference between a doctor and god? Answer: God knows he is not a doctor. I wonder if a doctor is going to help you more than if you learn about various health and fitness topics and perhaps if you experiment with yourself? Sure there could be times in which doctors might be helpful.. perhaps? While squatting might look more intense, adding a bit fun to it you can actually go running the stairs like some users do here or try taking morning jogs importantly with a clean daily routine of calf raise to also help the calf be in good proportion with the thigh.
Are we talking about resistance training or cardio? Do you know the difference? I personally believe cardio is off topic here.. yet some kind of resistance training to balance out the lower body with he pushups is probably fine.. squats or lunges or both. Stairs do not seem like resistance training unless done really slow like pushups, even though several of us do not necessarily do our pushups slow, so our pushups might become more cardio if we are speeding them up or making them really light in terms of their resistance../. yet I would still proclaim that pushups are more resistance training than they are cardio, even if some folks might do them faster, we still seem to gas out after a minute or less, even if we are trying to do our pushups fast... sure there are exceptions... but the general idea of pushups seems to mostly be resistance rather than cardio.

Walking up steps is more like weight lifting. Each step up you lift weight up. Running down the stairs is like cardio. STAIR work would be best if you had access to a ten story walk up. MOST OF US DONT. RAW milk is a joke unless it is your cow.. If it is your cow you can make sure the milking area is shit free.

We are dropping, some are saying the volume in exchanges are reducing I don't know what that means. But bitcoin needs some pump. I am not making regular update but pushups continues. My daily average is 30 now.
$100K, BitcoinGirl.Club, 58, 981, 2025-01-09 I could not sleep much and woke up half an hour ago. It still dark to start the morning. I may go for a walk soon.

Another 120 push-ups with 6 sets of 20 each. I must say that today has made me tired. If I felt fresh I would've gone for more but even this was challenging enough. I don't care about price drops as long as we are above 90k. When you are in doubt, just zoom out.

Am shocked at my improvement. From 50 push ups daily to 60, 80 and upwards.. I just discovered that the strength lies in determination and secondly, consistency.
Just like yesterday, it was in two different sections, 10×5(50) in the morning and the same in the evening hours. Though my body system is beggining to get used to it, but then, it still pains. Slowly, I will overcome.
My report. 100k,Bigjoe33,7,510,2025-01-06
If anyone joins this push-up challenge and that person is truly doing his daily push-ups, even though it is not up to 100 push-ups a day, it will get to a time when that person will see himself increasing his daily push-ups from time to time because the push-up number he started with will not be suitable for his body again, and he will want to increase his push-up number to a new number that will allow his body to feel pain and stress out. Even though you are feeling pain when you are doing push-ups, don't give up with this push-up challenge because that is the stage you are in, and if you body gets used to it, you will no longer feel pain unless you do a new push-up number.

100K Reached! More pumped than ever, did 100 pushups today! (5 sets of 10, then walked approx 1km around the park, then another 5 sets of 10)
I believe you have been corrected before on how you can give a proper push-up report here I see you are still doing more of this mistake you can sum up your push-up report by giving only one report instead of 3 and besides you are using 200k in the start of your push-up report instead of 100k. This is how your push-up format should be incase you have forgotten. 100k,Username,Dayspushing,Totalpush-updone, YYYY-MM-DD (date optional). But we were at 100K already, so my impression was we'd push for a higher target.... Ok I stand corrected and will give only the latest report going forward 👍 100k,nestex_one,16,900,2025-01-09 Thanks for taking the time to point out the error! Apart from the fact your post looks like it is trying to get your weekly post quota up for your signature campaign, you obviously haven't seen @DirtyKeyboard 's comment to the effect that when scraping the posts only the most up-to-date one is counted. (paraphrasing).
I don't have a weekly quota or a signature campaign 😀 I do admit I did not notice @DirtyKeyboard 's comment. I read a few posts but definitely missed may... Yes I'll only post the most up-to-date one going forward. Thanks!! ~snip~
Since you are reporting your three days of push-ups in the same day, it would be better if you summed everything together and reported it at once than to report it differently. As your kid is sitting at your back when you are doing push-ups, I hope you have the required strength that would allow you to comfortably press upward and downward without struggling to do your push-ups so that you will not sustain any injury from this push-up challenge because we want everyone that is involved in this push-up challenge to be fit and continue pushing bitcoin to our set price. Hi, yes I'm in pretty good shape. I've been fairly consistent with exercise for the past ~24 years or so (used to be a fat lazy bum before that 😅). Not athletic but for reference I can handle 20 litre water bottles (i.e. ~20kg) with relative ease.

Haven't got the chance to make my report after hitting my pushups in the morning due to my tight schedule today. Just got up and immediately hit the floor. Got my 4 sets of 60, 50, 40 and 30 within 45 minutes because I still added some squatting exercise to balance up my feelings. 100k,Tonimez,34,4800,2025-01-09
