Is now a good time to buy? Just downloaded the wallet, and im wondering if the messages are really anonymous... Are these messages saved in the blockchain?
J, I don't think there has ever been a better time to buy CINNI. New wallet works as said. The main, IRC chat that is public is not encrypted but the EM, Invoices and Receipts are. Once BTC is added, no merchant will have a reason to not use the brilliant CINNI wallet. Checkout the whitepaper, there is a link on the first page of this thread. Cheers, J

Can one of the devs confirm that there is still development progress as we speak? Or is everything on halt right now? I know rynomster had said he was taking a break due to personal matters. What about other devs?

The wallet needs a really long time to sync... Nevertheless i bought some coins, if this coin can implement anonymous transactions like promised, this coin will get a huge fanbase. I hope that the dev is still working on the anonymous transactions. I never saw a better wallet like this, perhaps a more shiny wallet, but not a more functional wallet with all the tools included for the purpose of using the coin as a currency. Though i hope that the dev will fix the mess with the wallet, which doesn't sync without a conf file....

I don't know if @CinniTeam is the dev, but this twitter account posts several news per day.

The first time I installed the wallet, it paused or slowed down and I just restarted the wallet, and it picked up from where it was and went at a faster speed after that, its worth a try.
Also, the IRC in the wallet is not encrypted however the Encrypted messaging feature that is in the wallet is encrypted.

I fear there will be no sustained rally/recovery for CINNI until an independent developer with a rock-solid reputation -- like **mindfox** -- is brought on board to confirm 1) what's been accomplished as far as anonymity tech and related developments (if anything) 2) what remains to be done
Could CinniCoin dev please explain why mindfox's involvement is not being seriously considered?

We need confirmation from the devs, not the new PR team on twitter. So far CinniCoin has only said that he is still here and he bought at 23k and rynomster said hes taking a break because of personal matters...so not much has been said on whats going on with development. Is it progressin, or on halt? If the devs can please come forth and give an update on development, it would greatly be appreciated.

Is it progressin, or on halt? If the devs can please come forth and give an update on development, it would greatly be appreciated. CinniCoin has been developing CINNI this entire time and has always been in communication with additional developers who have the expertise to assist in certain areas. Certain team members may have changed over time but progress has always continued and has never slowed to a halt. This is a team effort and with coding it can be difficult to precisely forecast estimated timelines. Below was a best guess for the release dates on certain projects as of the date it was posted. As always this is subject to change. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=573232.msg7075736#msg7075736I think the best way to judge a developer is on the merits of their software upon release. So far I have been very happy with the progress that has been made and look forward to seeing more in the future. Any community members who have the expertise to assist with development, marketing, strategic partnerships, etc should feel free to step up and do so. In the long run we will all be successful as CINNI introduces new functions that will increase market adoption. Lets all work together to make CINNI an even greater success!

Coin are of age every 3 days I believe That is the minimum age, yes. If you have around 10K + CINNI, then this amount should indeed stake in about 3-4 days. Actually i have not looked yet what is CINNI split/combine amount. My wild guess would be it being below 10K. Perhaps around 3K.
