According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

thx for reply

but swish, do you really think i didnt try to simply restart wallet ?! lol
you re really funny

yea i deleted the blockchain and i redwl it
i have no choice Sad

is there a commande option like-salvagewallet for cinni wallet ?!
because transaction such isn't present. Probably the wallet didn't create it therefore it is necessary to restart a wallet simply.

Transaction Not Found

yea transaction not found    but 3k cinni are gone
that's the problem ...
So i'm a little crazy right now !

I had +-1100 CINNI missing after I had to restart my wallet, I tried restarting a few times and even using the blockchain.dat file provided by cinblo and using the resync command and still nothing has worked.

Since yesterday I started redownloading the blockchain and I am currently 65000 blocks away from a total resync. I will confirm if the total resync worked, if not then I will be selling before I give my final update and write off the loss in price and CINNI coins.

Alright redoing the blockchain did not help, so here is the strange part.

Wallet has balance of 9647.645446
Blockchain explorer is showing I have close to 14000 http://cinnichain.info/address/Jav1xpgfFtqrjLE99Lj5C75eHtLkVAMkRf
The real amount I should have is around 10708

So can anyone explain the issue?

Try send 100 CINNI to Mintpal and see if it refreshes the balance, if that does not work then wait for the next staking to occur and see what happens.

What a fucking disaster this has been for me. Even after a stake nothing has been corrected. Is xtrembash and I the only ones that have lost coins with the wallet?

EDIT: After 2nd Stake it is now showing 11794 which is 900 more then it should have.

I messaged the dev(and got no response) about for some reason receiving extra coins in my wallet after staking but then it auto-corrected itself.  However it happened again several days later.  This time it didn't correct itself.  Either way I figured my wallet was fucked up.  Fortunately I had saved my wallet several times and just had to roll back to a previous version before the last stake.  I didn't really know what to do until I actually decided to cash in my cinnicoin because I never got a response from him.  First, I tried sending my coins(a small amount) to an exchange and it said I had no coins.  At that point they were all gone from my wallet. So as I previously stated I had to roll back to an earlier wallet before the last staking and it worked out fine.  Hopefully you have backed it up plenty?

Still holding strong, but yes, communication is very important. I would help spread the word, but I would need to somewhat know the current plans to be able to do that.

Unfortunately I only started with CINNI after 1.1 was released.
However now a 2nd stake has occurred and my wallet is now showing 11794 which is about 900 more then I should have, I am sure it will fail though if I try to send the full amount.

I tried sending funds to mintpal, came with a error that the coins have been spent and deducted off my balance. Block Explorer is down, I have a wallet saved before this last stake so will see what happens when I try to restore it.

I am having a hard time telling what your problem actually is. The fact that you said you had 65000 blocks left to sync after using the bootstrap.dat file means you did not use it correctly. You would be nearly up to sync using it. As far as your balance goes, have you a lot of experience using POS wallets? Just asking because a lot of people get confused about what it does to the balances while staking. If the blockchain says your balance is 13507.823669 CINNI than that is your balance.

Block explorer is working fine for me: http://cinnichain.info/address/Jav1xpgfFtqrjLE99Lj5C75eHtLkVAMkRf

Your problem with spending is you are not up to sync.

Error!
Can't connect to cinnicoind to get live updates from the p2p network. (Tried connecting to cinnicoind at 127.0.0.1:31813 and failed.)

Thanks for your reply Andy,

Alright I see the block explorer is connecting again...
Regarding the 65000 blocks left this was for the full resync as using the bootstrap twice before did not solve my issue. The full resync also had the same result.
I have now replaced the wallet.dat file and the balance now get reset to 10713, however if you look on the explorer its showing 13507.988025 (which is not right), I tried sending
the 10k to mintpal again and still saying that the coins have been spent and transaction failed. It then deducts the 10k from my balance and have to restore the wallet file to get it back.

The balance it's showing now seems correct after restoring the wallet but the problem of using the balance in there still exists.

Below is the full error message:

"Error: The transaction was rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy
but not marked as spent here."

Regarding the above error once I had purchased CINNI I sent 2 amounts from Mintpal to my wallet but never ever sent CINNI out.

if you don't have a backup before your first stake you can kiss the CINNI goodbye. The goodnews is you only losing 0.15 btc at current prices but it might be safer for the rest of the community to leave there CINNI  on exchanges or make sure to do constant backups and have multiple backups from different dates.
