first hold a "karma T-shirt design contest"

and make a good T-shirts for people

This will attract not only karma mania but also normal people

And like " starbuck coffee mugs"

Karma mugs also will be limited edition at each season.

You have a good ability to produce these things So

"good design" and " time scarcity" are added. These things will be more powerful

P.S only one T-shirt and one mug (win the contest) will be sold more and more than now things

I`ve spent some time following Karma on Mintpal and Cryptsy. Also I have closely following the Poloniex chat despite we are not listed there yet. I am pretty sure that we should push for BTC, but after reducing block reward. Think about it. Waiting for stable 250 litoshi price will stop the natural growing of the coin.

Developing an app for Karma is certainly a good idea. However, we may be missing the broader market opportunity.

For example, let's say we build an app where people do X with/for Karma. It's somewhat popular and gets 10,000 downloads.

But what if we took the same time, resources, and developer and made an app for a much broader market (game, utility, whatever). Nevermind about Karma. It's also popoular, but doesn't have any marketplace friction like 'Karma' preventing people from using or understanding it. It gets 100,000 downloads or more.

We probably can't monetize the first, but we could monetize the second.

The second would cause the price of Karma to rise (because of the revenue from the project), which prompts more people to use Karma and install the wallet.

The first is just something cool we do for Karma.

If the end-game is to increase adoption and the price of our coin so we can do good things for the community and others, then the second option is preferable.

You imho are on hell of a dev! I would say let the community members do whatever they can/like and you focus on your great ideas and team's projects. Succeeding in both is the best way to rise though i agree totally with you that more important stuff should be done first. Last but not least i have a simple question. What's the best way to aquire Karmashares? Do i buy it at 1.75 ratio? Do i keep 10M in my wallet for a month? Or both?? Thank you.

don't worry the price will rise soon as more money comes into BTC land and trickles down.

MZC and MINT both got delisted from the LTC markets on Mintpal the other day due to lack of volume.
if we split Karm between LTC and BTC markets one of those pairs will end up getting delisted for the same reasons.

Karm is currently trading at around 1.5 satoshi.. if it moves to a BTC market then volume will likely dry up. (like it did when it was at that level before it went to LTC)


many people don't want to buy coins at the 2 satoshi mark knowing that if the price rises it will rise by 50% and if it falls it will fall by 50% because a 50% loss is much bigger emotionally than a 50% rise.

First prototype  version of the game.

To run the game execute the file "start_game.bat" (after extracting the contents of the zip archive)
It just automatically does "java -jar KarmaCollector.jar" to launch the game (for the ones that do not like the terminal).

Do not pay attention to the images that were used.
Everything related to graphics will be redone.
Obstacles will probably be something else in the final version...lol

I stayed up until 7AM to make this.

Unlike POS system. With POC. you can bury your coins to the ground and claim LLC dividends (in near future) at risk free.

I don`t care about the price now, as I have said many times. I want Karma to be visible and the trading volume to increase. This is why I think that push to BTC market, but after the next reward decrease is a proper move.

you probably wont get this at the 1-5 satoshi price mark regardless of the block reward.
the price or volume is not going to magically skyrocket because the block reward has dropped.. that has NEVER happened in the history of this coin so there is no reason to think it will happen now.
so in my view the correct move is to not even bother with a BTC market until the price is stable enough to handle it. (this would be a market cap closer to 2 million dollars)

fiddling with exchanges will not change the volume being traded by much... volume and price are directly related to market sentiment. if you want the volume of the coin to go up, its really simple, you just have to grow the community and be more active in the community.. then your efforts will pay off.

again look at Mint.. is it suddenly trading through the roof now that the LTC market is closed?
Mint is PoS, is it suddenly more popular now because PoS is in fashion?
Karma is now on quite a few exchanges.. has that done anything significant to increase the price or volume?
