Hey guys, I am a BTCD supporter and have never used VRC.

Will be investing now though!

Welcome to superNET!

I just researched VRC for the first time actually, you are definitely bringing a lot of value to this crypto community.

Alright guys, the past is the past.  Let's move forward into the bright future VeriCoin has!

Agreed. I have unignored Mr B. and mood in here is much more conducive to thoughtful discussion. Moving forward...

The plans for VRC inclusion in the SuperNet are very exciting. It's the boost we needed to make what we all know is a very solid coin architecture, move swiftly into mass adoption.

...
[12:24] <@pnosker> but have been working on this stuff
[12:24] <@pnosker> meanwhile barabbas/altcoinuk bitch and complain about us
...

I couldn't be happier that I was wrong from many aspects about the VRC developers, and that it turned out or became clear that the devs are not arrogant at all, but serious software professionals and indeed work hard in the background. The best news for VRC investors ever. This dramatic and sudden realization and the community wide enlightening catharsis would not be possible without my bitching and complaining. Your very welcome :-))

i understand that jl777 has donated the escrow "back to the community"

i do not fully understand the extent of the backend functionality and how SuperNET will achieve its goals but am happy to see the volume and have donated > 10% of my share at present

my question is this -- say if the project takes off, and the option to buy back the VRC at 10k occurs,   are there/can there be means of setting up a coin exchange to buy into the SuperNET protocol at a slight market discount?

also from my understanding, this "benefit" of being an early donor would be exercised in having voting rights in the SuperNET system by contributing to the CORE funds?

as the project progresses and there are demands to increase the ESCROW funds, perhaps options in the SuperNET network would be a great incentive

cheers

Barabbass from what i have read of your postings, You are by far the biggest bitch on this thread period.  If your not bitching your name calling. Kinda like them bully's in the playground, every one ultimately hates them, but for the sake of compassion that most humans possess, their tolerated.

You obviously have a reading comprehension problem... as you do one with illiteracy equally obvious (a posessive is not a verb, get it?) You also, as a newbie, have made a very poor choice of responding in an aggressive manner... when no response -much less from you- is called for.

Or to put it in termas that you can easily undrrstand: you are fishing for unnecessary trouble. Not from me though because from this moment on I will simply ignore your inane posts.

Be a gentleman and practical wetwipe. Firstly we should never say about a lady that she is old, secondly, not that this is relevant here but generally speaking, if you tell an elderly lady that she is young then you increase your chances with at least 30% which is a lot. In order to convincingly tell (lie) her that she is young, first you must believe in your own bollocks. When you are getting old and deal with old, posh ladies then you need all kind of tricks to get done something.

Good lines, we have been there, all of us, when we were young :-))

This one is excellent:  "You get more beautiful every time I see you"  ... thanks for that, I saved it.

But when you're getting old it is not enough, with the old ones it is a whole different ball game IMO. First you look at the old 58 years old one like this one in the picture ... and you say yourself, she is not 58 but 45, no fuck the 45, no, she is a fucking 38 years old young woman ... and then once you convinced yourself that she is really very young then you look at her eyes, here we go ... and you say something like that: I can't believe ... I mean ... I know you are in your forties but you really look like a 35 years old . Sounds pathetic, but most of the time get the result. I wish that the altcoin investments would be so predictable like elderly ladies.

So if I understand correctly, VRC is not in the superNET core, but it will simply integrate superNET into it's wallet, am I right?

A vote which has not occured yet will decide which coins are in the core.  Though I think we have a very strong position going forward.  James asked me to head up a trustee committee to setup a multisig escrow of the SuperNET ICO BTC earnings.  Multisig would require maybe 4 to 6 trusted individuals to simultaneously sign for release of funds after voting.  We will be contacting some trusted developers of some of the top coins to join us.  See link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=762346.msg8751306#msg8751306
