I have to wonder if the mixer would make another addy for it and then it would not appear on the chain no matter what. After all, that is the foundation of the coin, being untraceable.

I would try to defend against those fudsters but I don't have the technical knowledge, like most people here.

A troll with technical knowledge is really the worst kind of troll since it normally takes statements from the dev to put them in place.

Supercoin and mammothcoin are shooting themselves in the foot. New people won't want to invest in a coin which has multiple topics with giant red font talking shit.

What added benefit do multisig addresses provide?

In the video that the Mamm dev linked to in order to explain his idea of multi-sig, you have a buyer and a seller of a product, and a "node" in the middle that can veto the coins being paid.
IIUC two of the three parties have to sign off on the deal.
Have a look here from the 13 minute mark...where it is explained how this particular multi sig arrangement might be used by open bazaar.

But this particular form of multi sig (in the video) the seller signs off when he ships the goods and the buyer signs off when the goods are received. In the meantime the coins are held in escrow.
At least that is how I understand it.
This form (discussed in the video) seems different to XC's multi sig.
I don't knoe if I've understood all this correctly

Hey now, just trying to lighten the mood here. 13 days straight of work and now done with work... trying to unwind only to see the next pump and dump coin trying to take target on XC. I find it funny if nothing else, for the coin price wise is extremely stable , though it has little ups and downs, but over all, extreamly stable, and when you look at all the rest, all you can do is point and laugh.
