I think "adoption news" will fuel the price more than " technical accomplishment  news". thats why i was very happy about that ATM release.  with all those different Cryptos people that are not so tech savy have a hard time telling the good efforts from the bad ones by technical whitepapers and even tech press coverage alone. These people, who are the majority imo superficially define a group of coins that appaer technically advanced and trustable to them but than make the buy decision on the factor of adoption progress. this can be community size alone but even better, news about merchant service inclusion. Exchanges adding the coin, sometimes if its a realy big name also personal recommendation. so what i say is whatever type of positive developments in this regard should be publicised as they occur.

every coin claims they have the technical advancement over the others. the  people that can't tell the cream from the crop on technical aspects look for the "chosen ones". the ATM news , or the multipool adding XC lately is exactly the reassurance these people are looking for. Just like a good looking UI. people that know the ins and outs of mining and are used to command lines can't imagine how important that is.

My dream is still short term btcchina and btc38 adding XC. i PM'ed btc38 user here .don't know if this is official. haven't got a reply yet.
I am wondering, are you Dutch? Your name makes me confused.

my name makes you confused? hahaha Cheesy, youre the best. not dutch by the way.
Your name in Dutch means Whoretest.

haha ok, thanks for that info, its defenatly not meant that way.

Could someone explain me in few words how XC anonymity works? Or maybe there's a good video on youtube? Can't understand how this anonymity works from what I've read in the OP

Thanks

How technical an explanation do you want?

HERE'S A DELICIOUS EXPLANATION!

1 XC is in a wallet.

User sends 1 XC from Wallet A to Wallet B.

In between Wallet A and Wallet B are mixers. These mixers are like chickens.

EACH CHICKEN gets put in a barn and is used for Wallets A.3 and B.4

These are tomatoes.

And anonymous.

Make sense?

Where is the mountain goat on this farm?

So I have been running as an Xmixer since Rev 2. I have mixed maybe ~5-8 times, not exactly sure.

But when I look up my MAIN address, the only receiving address I have, on the block chain it shows a lower number than what my wallet says.

I'm just confused if I am running the Xmixer incorrectly? Do you have to keep using coin control and sending all my XC's back to my MAIN address?

Any clarification would be appreciated.

EDIT: sorry for the low resolution pictures, thought it would come out more clear

As far as i know you have to use coincontrol, to have at least 1k XC in one adress. 4 chunks of 250 shall be best.

Mintpal is minting there XC. Think that's the reason for the continuous selling of small amounts into bid prices

Is this something you've become pretty sure of through the development of your blockchain analysis tools?

It'd be pretty awesome if you could provide some evidence of this as that would be pretty damning if true.

That exchanges have there customers coins stacking/minting is posted by me before and MP is not the only one: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xc/tx.dws?9dbc120e51f13da8361812578ba1b82730d9541193a8b6c4eb6d93fe4feaba51.htm (Bittrex is stacking king atm, remember that 'Deposit Bonus' they had? Smart move business wise)

But for mintpal see for instance:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xc/tx.dws?233944.htm
Simulair: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xc/tx.dws?ef16f07246c27a86a060157321f14d0b7acb3aa35332ecea755e6164d038c12d.htm
Those are not regulair pos transactions where the input gets split in two, atm mark them as 'pos' coz they match the patern. Need input from the team to comfirm this.
edit: seems i have the same patern in my wallet for some POS i received when logging in for the first time after my holiday, no split into two outputs that is

The second part of my statement, continually selling into buy orders with small amounts is something we all observed, that being stake coins just seems more practical to me than some whale with a plan to keep the price down.

If you don't want XC's price to be continually pressed down, MOVE YOUR COINS OUT OF EXCHANGE.

You are contributing to the dump if you leave any coins in their wallet.

Do we know wtf is going on over at MP?  Huh

I have some XC I want to get outta there ASAP.
They are changing to V2, but I would also get out of there.

Apparently this:

Thanks, I managed to log in and transfer them.

I've been trying to get some of mine off the exchange since i saw this earlier and still can't get on their site. says its over capacity. I've got about 500 on there.  Undecided

after about 50 login attempts and email confirmations they are now in "pending withdrawals"

fingers crossed!

I really hope Moolah sort this all out soon. I liked Mintpal.

ahhhh.... just as im writing this, notification just popped up saying they have been received in my wallet!  Cheesy

edit: well, 250 have, decided it might be safer to do it in 2 batches. hopefully the rest will come soon.

Not sure if Dan or anyone else has ever given the formula but in my experience, as your weight increases, you get closer to your next stake reward.  This may not always be true though.

I forgot I had a few XC over at Mintpal. With all this Mintpal DDOS business I can't get my 12 XC out of there!! Every time I try to move it to my wallet, it says error not logged in, but clearly I'm logged in. I wonder if it's even worth it to put in a ticket.

just keep trying. you have to just click login constantly, then go balances, withdraw, and it will keep saying error or log you out but it should work in the end. wouldnt bother with a ticket, i'd imagine they have millions by now. lol
