Heyyyyyyyy friends.. How's cloak holding up these days?

Hey Bob,

I see your 30 day ban has expired.

Now you can stop using your alias accounts and spam the forums with your main account until the next ban.

I dont have any account I use besides this one. I unlike 60% of the people on here am not a troll. I just used the time to sit back and watch threads, Never used the watch function so much on a forum before.

So hows cloak? Where is Alty and dagger? What about POSA? where is that at. I read a few weeks ago it was like 8 days out or something.

why did u dump librex and end your support by choosing stealth. i lost a lot of money because of u

I never dumped LXC, my group and I are still holding. Librexsend is around the corner and you can expect to see some fireworks there soon. If you sold already then I feel bad for you.
Weird, according to your twitter:

CoinFlipper ‏@EMC2Whale  Sep 3
@PC_Guru87 @Coinada lol,I called lxc from 2K to 13K.. any greedy pigs lost, pro traders made bank

I might be mistaken, but it seems as if your referring to people who were still holding LXC when you dumped "greedy pigs"

But w.e im sure you made 1000's off LXC so i can't hate

Can you point out in that tweet where I said I sold my coins? All I said is that pro traders made money while pigs lost. People who just got in for the money probably lost, while real investors are holding and waiting for round two.
lol well played

Honestly, I feel there won't be a pump on release. Maybe a small rise a day before, but the release will be met with another dump like when POSA and CloakPal where released. Just don't be too optimistic, that's why there are many bagholders.

Having nothing better to do, but analyzing Alty's tweet and what does it actually mean, or could mean. Here is the original tweet:

"The main release for the 10th is going have to be pushed back by a few days because the main dev was away from Fri til Tue"

I didn't pay attention to it, but he states that "the main release" will be delayed. This could mean that today there will be other things going on - but not the main thing - remember today it is the 10th, when he posted the tweet it was the 9th in most time zones.

Perhaps (probably) it is just wishful thinking on my part, but perhaps by the end of the day we shall see something, at least something - because even the most hardcore members of community are starting to doubt the whole project.

Earlier today I was moments away from dumping a few dozen k on Mint, such was my rage, but I am calmer now, so let's give it another shot and see what happens next.

Anybody experiencing any of the following:

Coins not arriving at mintpal or other exchange
Wallet is out of sync
Not displaying the exact block number as showing on the Cloak block explorer... http://cloak.blockexplorer.cc/chain/CloakCoin

Follow the instructions posted below.

went through the same. Apparently fork on mintpal. Only way to recover for me was:

1. Make copy of wallet.dat -DO NOT MISS THIS else coin gone
2. Get rid of the entire appdata\roaming\cloakcoin folder
3. Run the wallet
4. stop it and copy your saved wallet.dat back in
5. create a cloakcoin.conf file in the appdata\roaming\cloakcoin folder
6. add some nodes eg this is the content of my file:

Get latest nodes from... http://cloak.blockexplorer.cc/nodes/

7. Run the wallet again and let it sync

I had to restart it a couple of times to get the sync to complete
If your coins don't show (happened to me) : go to debug console and enter and run repairwallet

Should be good after that

The wallet doesn't work anymore. Got v1.9.7.33. Sometimes it connects to one node for a few minutes.

Is the .conf file supposed to be CloakCoin.conf or cloakcoin.conf? Neither works but just wondering.

G'day Starvin' Smiley

I'm using v1.9.7.33 on Mac 10.9.4 and I've transferred coins from both MintPal and BitTrex today without difficulty. My wallet currently shows 22 active connections to the network - here's the result of getpeerinfo (time is GMT + 10):

No help Sad
Copied your nodes and everything but didn't help. What is the default port for cloakcoin? Maybe my ISP has again closed some port down. Are there any nodes with alternative port numbers as with bitcoin?

Edit: All your peers seem to be coming from different ports, if I understand the addresses correctly. What could the problem be then? It aint the firewall or anything and other wallets are working fine.

Good idea.

Bosporlus, months ago you give us a big support in Cloak marketing.

I know that you are a trader and you buy and sell for profit.

But it would be nice if we got your support again.

Look at the facts: Posa and Onemarket will release in a few days I think.

You come back this topic, and I see this is a good sign.

What you say now?
