Yes if you missed phase 1 (i.e. initial token registration) then you'll have to claim after launch and will receive 100% of your stake.

Do note that after launch is not indefinitely. Currently 3 months are planned.

Yes...ish.
We split the process because we couldn't start registering addresses because that part of the code wasn't done yet (we swtiched curve quite recently) but we also didn't want to wait much longer so we started phase 1 where people can reigster their token and therefore decoupling stake from btt account.
Originally there wasn't supposed to be any extended period or anything which is why the process didn't take this into account.

On Octobre 5th, I got a token through PM - no infos about what to do with it.
Now I read that I am too late to claim my stake... and I read about phase 1, 2, 3 and deadlines.

I was away for a long time and never thought it would be "too late" to get my full NEM stake.

So, please someone tell me, what I have to do to get my full stake. Thanks in advance.

You can claim after launch. Stick around and we will process you then.

Just to clarify as you did not get a straight answer. Based on the rules at the time you joined the movement you would have lost your stake for not claiming it on time. Based on the new rules, agreed by the community, you will have an extra 3 months to claim but with a penalty. If you were to claim :

- 1 month after launch you get 75% of the stake (that would be the best scenario for you right now)
- 2 months after launch you get 50%
- 3 months after 25%

I'm sure you will be disappointed about this, but you still get loads of NEM and I think you should be happy some people fought to extend the deadline as otherwise you would have been even more disappointed right now. Please check the thread at least once every 2 weeks and you should be fine claiming your 75% of the stake.

A day in to the poi competition and my importance to the network has gone down. It's not easy trying to figure what impacts importance.

Evidently sending NEM to lots of new accounts thus reducing your primary balance has a negative impact.

Will the rest of the unclaimed NEM be distributed among those who claimed their stakes?
I thought 22 november was for the NXT AE stakes, is this true? Because i havnt claimed my token yet.

I am in same situation as I previously talked to patmast3r (NEM stake from BTT NEM thread). Good to know that we still be able to recieve 100% of stake.
Last time I heard that we could do it after 22 of Nov. Anything changed to that?

Some people are just busy with this thing that exists outside the forum called real life. I would hardly call being busy being inconsiderate - in fact if you don't care about others being able to claim a stake maybe you are the inconsiderate one?

Thanks for the update can't wait to see what you have in store and I'm glad some people get a little longer to get their NEM so they don't miss out! I'm more than happy to see more people claim their stakes and for the Beta client to be more thoroughly tested before launch

I am confused again because of the BTT and AE-stuff. So allow me one more question.

I bought my stake here on BTT, first quarter of 2014. I am on the final stakeholder list which was published May 10, 2014 (the document isn't available anymore).

Do I have to claim my stake AFTER launch or till 22nd Novembre?

the whole redemption process takes about 5 minutes. from the very beginning this was a call for participation, not an investment. and if someone is SO busy in his real life that he could not find 5 minutes of his time in 1,5 month period then there is nothing to talk about (discussions about redemption were much earlier).
guy pays 20 bucks, forgets about it, does not even follow. then suddenly he finds out his stake is worth $1k, he gets a $250 penalty for being late (by participating I mean at least following this thread from time to time) and he's still not happy. do you agree with me?

also i'd like to say that our devs are very tolerant and professional. they have spent so much time working, made no mistakes, and I'm pretty sure the trolls wont even find anything to attack and fud about in the future.
is there any other software that is being developed for such a long time? all these copycats in the ann section just make me smile.
 
software is still not released but we already have the most beautiful wallet, easiest installation, unique code, great newspaper, silver coins and all other things.
