It has something to do with the way POI works.
When doing a transaction, we don't want the importance to be immediately transferred to the receiving account.

So we need to work in tandem with a divestment curve?

What OS are you running and how much memory do you have? If you open a terminal and type java -version what do you see?

Perhaips Linux isnt up to date. Update Manager keep showiing that there 100 package for update. These were updated once but there came troubl.

0.5 GB is ok for letting NIS run. But I guess letting NCC run also and then open a browser that wants to display the page is too much for such a small system. It's just a guess though.
Is this a rented system? You could try to just let NIS run on it, start NCC elsewhere, configure NCC to use your remote NIS and start the browser on the system where NCC is running.

You could try setting a swap disk.

Posting here, because I can't fix registration on nemcoin.com forum. The resend authentication link gives this error when I enter my email address and password, leaving "new email" and activation boxes blank:
"Please enter a valid email address, ."
If I go to log in, it says I need the activation code, but it's not in my email.

I had the same problem.  I had to re register with a Gmail address - not Hotmail/Outlook. 

Then you will receive your activation code hopefully
