there is a way to export benchmark results to multiple profit profiles? copying it manually is a pain ...
Good point - It's noted.

Hi patrike, When updating to the new version, all the benchmarks have been deleted. Only the best benchmark of each algo has been saved That doesn't sounds good - I will investigate this. Thanks for letting me know. Anyone else experienced the same issue?

Hi Patrike, I'm sure you covered this multiple times before, but is there another (cleaner) way to tell AM to use a different Algo? For instance, Masari is using CryptoNight Fast2, but AM tells it to use CryptoNight Fast. I got it to work by changing the Coin in Pool Properties from "Masari" to "Unspecified CryptoNight Fast2", but this obviously is a work around.

Thanks for letting me know. Anyone else experienced the same issue? Havn't seen this myself. Could it be that an old config/backup has been restored if the config.xml file is barfed - e.g. after a crash? Would this be written to the log with the default settings?

I suppose this is a case of where the coin recently forked ot another algorithm? Awesome Miner gets all coin information, including which algorithm it's based on, via the coin statitics providers like WhatToMine.com and CoinCalculators.io. In case a coin changes the algorithm, it may take some time before these providers changes the algorithm. Awesome Miner can override the algorithm for a coin via the Options dialog, Statistics Providers section, where the setting Override coin algorithm can be used to specify that a specific coin should be using another algorithm.

You can go to the Options dialog, Managed Software section, and modify the entry for TeamRedMiner. Awesome Miner uses the name "CryptoNight V4" for the new Monero fork. You can enable this line and put the User Defined Command Line "cnr" here. If you have a coin with the algorithm CryptoNightV4, Awesome Miner will then launch TeamRedMiner with "cnr" The next release of Awesome Miner will include the latest TeamRedMiner with CryptonightV4 (cnr) suppot enabled by default.

Also regarding Monero, it's still listed as V8 and my profit is showing $0.00. Can I fix that or do I have to wait for next update?

There will be a new release in just a moment that map Monero to CryptoNightV4 (R).

Hi Patrike, Bit of an issue trying to achieve the following on Managed Profit MinersGoal: Switch Pool Groups for x hours every day then back to default Pool Groups Procedure: 1. Setup Rule with Time Trigger to trigger at certain hour of the day 2. Rule Action -> Miner Command -> Change group pool -> Selects desired pool group Result: The action did nothing on the miners, the profit switcher still considers all settings that are under Options -> Profit Switching and thus, no effect.

Small Requests:
1.
When setting up pools, the Pool Properties -> Optional settings -> Coin: Dropdown list
can it be filtered so that coins on inactive algos as specified in Options -> Algorithms don't show in the list?
2.
In coins tab, can we integrate "Remove/Hide Coin" option in the right click contextual menu so we don't need to manually hide them in Options -> Coins this especially is a nuisance when coins forked (causing stats provider information conflict creating duplicate coins) and the current hiding mechanism doesn't tell you which algo of the coin you are hiding, often takes a few tries to get the right one off the coins tab.

The Change Group Pool feature is currently only for change of the active pools on External Miners and Managed Miners. It will not affect the pools considered by the profit switcher. I do have a custom script where you manually can override the profit switching pools for a Profit Profile and I'm also planning to integrate that into a new action.

Good points. I agree that this will improve the usability. These changes are small so they can be included in one of the next few releases.
