why is the price so low now?
low demand. Obvious question. Why is demand so low? Other coins are enjoying considerable rises despite btc falls. Maybe VIA needs to tell the world about what niche it will fill? Thay can't arrest you for it, well, not yet anyway.  |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I beg to differ. Apart from I think just 1 day, Viacoin has appeared on the first page of Bittrex (trade by volume) every day since launch. The price night fluctuate but trade volume is continuous.

Tweet them to add Via https://twitter.com/btc38comBSTX, Dogecoin, Blackcoin, Boostcoin, Stellarcoin doing well Check out the altcoin volume in BTC38 http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/btc38/#BTCYou can see the top 5 coins' volume could fit all the volume in Mintpal, Bittrex, Crypsty and C-Cex. I think English-speaking investors are tired of the scams. The Chinese traders need to know how better Viacoin is compared to Bitshares X. fox19891989, can you do some write-up in Mandarin for Viacoin? So, we could all distribute it. |

We need vote here, http://www.btc38.com/trade/vote_for_trade_en.html whales can buy votes here, Via is cerrently on NO.78 they don't add a new coin with cny pair for many months, if we are on voting list no.1, they will add Via/Btc first. And if the trading volume is decent, they will list Via/CNY. I will contact them if it helps us to add on btc38, tks. |

You dont need a specific node. It'll just work out of the box. so right now one of the nodes i am connected to is a sync node and the rest not, but i have had this thing open for about an hour and still stuck on block 41220 from about 7 weeks ago when I last synced. otherwise there are 8 outbound connections and 1 inbound atm. not sure what to do |
