I took out a bet today on Bitcoinrush . MLS, New York Redbulls to beat Montreal. New York won 7 hours ago.
My bet activity page says the bet is still open!
How long should I expect to wait for a Payout?
I've never experienced anything like this on any other sports book. It's putting me off bitcoin betting for good

I'll try to contact them. Keep us updated.

This is unusual for the "A" and "B" rated books.

Hi -

Sorry about the delay here! We've noticed a bug with Soccer games only which is causing a delay in our grading platform - our development team is working on a fix.

Please note we've settled this wager, and credited you some compensation on top of it for the poor experience here.

In the future, be sure to shoot a note over to the Support team and they'll be happy to assist (We don't always frequent the forums, especially on weekend)

Thanks for playing on https://www.bitcoinrush.io !

Thank you. I appreciate it.
But I do have some constructive criticism when comparing your service to others I have used in the past.
Online  gambling, as you well know, is a competitive, customer focused industry.
Other sites clearly mark and highlight methods of contacting them especially when it comes to dispute resolution. And dispute resolution is dealt with fast.
If you are willing to take bets 24/7 then you have to be on hand 24/7 to help your customers.

Also, whilst it is good that 2FA is utilised during the login process, shouldn't it be utilised during the withdrawal process? Nearly every other service dealing with bitcoin does this as a matter of course.

"A" and "B" books are recommended. Feel free to post any experiences that you have with a book along with your personal grade. The more information the better.

What site are you talking about ? From what I know where is only a thread on this forum for this and no other external review site. Or are you referring to a sportsbook ?

Anyone playing at sportsbet.io? Need more feedback on this book. Thanks

I have an account there. I must say they have the best sportsbook odds when it comes to crypto sportsbetting. There are also many types of betting there like Asian Handicap, et al. Site is a bit heavy though so sometimes it would take few minutes loading when you have slow internet connections. Also some of my bets were many times rejected especially when i'm following Carles Puyol tips. Maybe they are putting some bet limits. Overall it's good enough.

Okay i'll add more after reading the original post and some more few posts. It's a bit funny. Nitrogen is cool but rating it A+ and the next rank is B+ with no A and A- is like saying Nitrogen is heaven. I roam around and Directbet is the Numero Uno peoples choice. Btw my pick is Sportsbet and then Directbet.

Thanks for the feedback on sportsbet.io.

DirectBet has confiscated money from players claiming double spend attempt without any proof. Another case they accepted a wager and then didn't payout claiming a wallet problem.

They use BetFair lines and take out a lot more.

Right now DirectBet doesn't have any spreads up for NCAA Football and NFL. The top two books Nitrogen and Betcoin.ag have spreads up at -105, -106 graduated lines in the NFL.

DirectBet doesn't have any spreads up but they do have a ML of -344/+184 on BYU/Boise and -161/+112 Minn/Philly. It's unreasonable to play into that type of line.
