Im still using bter but only for small transactions like usual.  Their nxt wallet was hacked so site is still secure.
- not their wallet, but password to the wallet. The hacker claims, that they used the same password to many of their resources.

Look now at the blocks mined! I've seen lots of time that there is a big chance to hit two blocks in a row or between few blocks! Even if you have a small plot.. Yesterday I've hit two blocks in a row without low deadlines with 571GB on my notebook.. Just luck!?

Yeah it can be exchanged for nxt, which has dropped about 25% price in the last 24 hours!
edit that dropped 30% in the last 24 hours!!!!
- you are wrong, pls check Cryptsy: https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/159

And the hacker has returned all stolen NXT to Bter: https://nxtblocks.info/#section/accountId/NXT-R3V3-2S79-F3ZM-BVXKZ  (46'142'766.35 NXT returned to Bter, 5mil had been returned yesterday).

I hadn't checked cryptsy only bter which currently still shows :
NXT/BTC 0.0000400 ↓ -29.25 %

As for trading on market value at  a estimated .04 for 10k burst is fair.  Its strictly a solo mining venture for the time being and the difficulty is high.  Sure you could go buy a 500g or even 1tb drive but by the time you bought it, set it up, built your plots etc your chance of getting blocks are slim.  As I said Im running 850gb and have averaged 1 block every 24-28 hours.  Difficulty increasing and people with huge plots are jumping in....  People buying now are smart bc its looking like this coin has a good future.

i said 0,1btc/10k is unfair, not 0,04, i'm sure if i buy a 500G, give me 1 week time , it can mine at least 1 block, i said if 0.04, the market volume is too low, 2000 block * 0.04 =only 80btc, and the exchange will be not active, and if with a higher price, i would rather buy hdd, so it makes no sense to lunch platform so early

this sounds like a plan but i think the main goal should be to develop a c version of the wallet and supply this to the exchanges.
the nxt hack at bter was only a matter of time cause all is based on java....
- this is FUD. But what else can you expect from a newbie ...
if this is FUD how can you explain why there are on regular base and not on demand critical security updates for JAVA advised?
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/security/alerts-086861.html

or compare the cve submission dates to patch availability:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/security/public-vuln-to-advisory-mapping-093627.html

now please tell me why i state a huge nxt hack was only a matter of time.

I mentioned earlier today that I was going to do a redesign of the Burst UI + a new logo. Well now I've completed both of those, take a look at the screenshots below (Please let me know if there is anything I've left out or if there's anything odd in the design) :

Here is the link to the files for the UI : https://github.com/Wulfcastle/Burst-UI

How to Install :

1. Download this repo to your PC
2. Navigate to the root of your Burst folder, e.g. C:\Burst\burst_1.0.0
3. Copy and Paste the "html" folder from this repo over the existing "html" folder in your Burst root folder, overwriting previous files.

Note :

This redesign only changes the CSS & HTML files that are used on the front-end of the NRS server that runs Burst, no back-end code has been edited, nor has any of the core functionality been edited in any way.

Just looking for some feedback, what do you guys think about this logo?

I'm feeling rich  Cheesy

We need more people mining this! All of you should spread this thread! I've opened one in my native language! Do the same if you can and add infos in your sign! If difficulty raises and more people join, this coin will fly more than now! Also tweet about it!!

I' ve got feeling (and some excel estimation) that diff is rising much slower than a few days ago, from my worksheet i would estimate whole BURST capacity at ~377 TB (which is only 50 TB more than 48 hours ago) and mining rate as 0.81 block / TB / day

(+/- 50%)

And wow i'm 8th at richlist  Grin

BTC compared to PASC looks like big clumsy dinosaur - still not aware of meteor coming.

LIXE can you post how many users are mining burst

we need more power to be considered from exchange!

DEV do some giveaway to advertise BURST
DEV do some goods to advertise on website like http://cryptomining-blog.com/

This coin is unique. Do not rush getting into the exchanges. Before going to an exchange you MUST have other things in place.
The community as you can see already has a logo and some other usefull stuff.
Give it time and patience .

Happy Mining!
