And finally, some mambo  Grin

Yeah! And with most alts, but ours is one of the best. Which brings the question: If btc had been rising to take advantage of the free S2X coins next week, why would people sell BTC now for alts when they need to hold them during the fork?  Huh

Or does this add credence to what pa says about the S2X being a fakeout and the fork will fail...?

I think the news about Multi-Sig is maybe being heard finally, since it is now in testing and DNMs that haven't stocked up on Monero may be taking the opportunity with these low prices.

"for it is money(Bitcoin) they have and peace they lack"

If rumor confirmed I should probably buy some of what ever company this is as well. I mean what does it say about a company for it to be THAT forward thinking?

@doc12 Shorting ShortMeMore = noMore = this crap coin. I love to make money of failed projects like this pump&dump.

I have been watching the charts on bittrex over the last 4 or 5 weeks and two coins that stand out in their lower rankings of the top 10 are litecoin and MONERO.
neither of these coins are what i would call pump&dump, if anything they are too stable for people who want to trade them and make a profit.

You watched what? You know that you can short against BTC right? Stable crap which lost ~60% of value in last 6 weeks Cheesy LOL. Meanwhile BTC is starting to falldown after the bubling. Now i expect comments at this crap like: "OMFG NoMore is the king! We have green dick at chart" etc. Just wait. If someone does not know the green dick range is 0.014 atm. Break of this can mean more green dicks.

No i will not long this crap. I will long other more promising project which should perform a lot better than this ShortMeMore at next alt surge. After the bubbling of alts i will short again XMR. It performs the best when shorting against BTC. NoMore is eXMRly predictable at shorting Smiley.

Hahahah yesterday i said that moroneros will spread the news of big green dicks. Hahahaha what have we today? hahahaha Smiley Moroneros laughing at big green dicks when it even does not moved out of falling channel! Hahahaha you moroneros... you always are predictable like LITTLE KIDS.

Read above you moroneros! ANALYZE! DO NOT MAKE PROMISES or Felling predictions!

Ofc it may move out of the falling channel. But moroneros will spread that i am troll. Troll which makes analysis and benefits of them. You only HODL. Simple Moroneros. It will move out of falling channel when it will break the 0.0148 price. If not 0.01 is the king ! Prediction is 55% it will not move out of falling channel(oversold market is stoping to be oversold market - too long too low). If breaks up. Target is 0.02 with busstop at 0.016. Hodlers hodling the precious priest jizz of NoMore want to rise big green dicks - just like some deviant orientations or like a religion with their god. Who sold should not buy yet. Who wants to buy - buy moment should be confirmation of breaking the 0.0149 price.

Risk of bulltrap is big Smiley

Whatever, good to see XMR regaining some value back, but honestly I have been too long in this now to get excited.
I am wondering if I will feel excitement when we break the 500 USD next year. Mhh yes maybe. Cheers.

Maybe a coin can also stay at a stable value, like LTC at 4 dollars and now at 55. Maybe mondeo has founds his equilibrium at the 100 mark, who knows?

Now that we've had another major leak of offshore wealth in the Paradise papers, is that going to be the wake-up call for the wealthy and elite to start using Monero to hide their wealth?

We've seen that the AlphaBay shutdown has been a serious wake-up call for DNMs. Now we are starting to get a new wave of DNMs that accept Monero only for payment. They've seen the light. Multisig will get the ball rolling in a very serious way for them.

Once we get hardware wallets, it seems like the door will open in a big way for rich people to start hiding their wealth in Monero.

No homo, please, there are children here.

My list of 43(+3) reviewed Bitcoin forks | You don't have to download the pre-fork blockchain again for each fork! | Beware of fraudulent AWS accounts sellers and dangerous edu AWS codes! + My personal list of legit sellers and scammers | Never publicly reveal your btc addresses, ownership or any other details and stay very far away from anybody who asks you to! | The general rule of safe buying is: if the seller is a newbie, with no reputation, with no topic nor trust feedback, offering no vouches and/or selling from a locked or self-moderated topic and unwilling to go first or use escrow => AVOID. Interesting set of words coming out of Moon Man, but I agree to some degree and would like to quote gicafranaru from reddit
"...most of the people hiding money in tax heaves do so to avoid paying somewhere around 10-50% tax on their money. No sane rich person would put all his hidden money in cryptocurrencies for now, the volatility risk is way bigger than the tax they would have to pay in their home country. Cryptocurrencies will be considered as alternatives when they mature, and volatility will drop to an accepted level of risk."

So we still have a hill to climb. Another good one for this occasion: "We are on top of the mountain and we are only half way there".

Considerating that the crypto volatility tends to be like plus 100% every 4 months I can see this process self sustanly accelerating. So let´s say they only try with 1% of his hidden money at the beginning. Crypto also has this natural addictive property and snowball effect.

If you consider as well that global economy is about to totally and catastrophically collapse sometime in the coming 24 to 48 months it seems like we have the perfect storm ahead

I mean i'm more than happy for them to join the boat with anything, just probability of hiding 1% instead of looking for offshore "bank" or 3rd party for 100% is just not rational. Sure maybe you would want to dip toes into the water to see if it works.

If we add collapse into the mix i'm sure it's because dollar is not world's reserve currency anymore and hyper inflation is kicking in, so ppl would have much more to think about than rising XMR price in inflating dollars.

Aha, so this is the actual news. I've been wondering what caused such a price jump lately.
Are the Asians getting into their senses and start to find out that Monero is much more suitable than Bitcoin to hide their money?

The Koreans coming into Monero are what caused the August rise and spike, so not really news.

Not sure how much they actually already appreciate the qualities of Monero.

But this is a beauty to behold: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/monero/#markets

A year ago we were worried that 99% of the trading was at Poloniex and that it was all dependent on a single exchange.

That exchange is one of many now and is only ranked number 3 now.
