So what we are seeing here is the 51% rule in reality.  It doesn't matter who hits the block first, China just overrules everyone when they can and moves on.  The next step is to simply take over all found blocks.

Yep  it is an issue that will most likely kill off BTC sooner rather then later.

agreed. unfortunately this is human nature. They see it as a way to get rich quick and dont care who or what they screw over doing so. in what other industry does the producer of the product also consume it? kinda sounds like a dealer getting high off his own supply. (normally bad for business)

where does money come from in nature?  this is all man made construct that can be reversed.. but they have no incentive to "yet".. Let us see the price drop thru the floor and another coin take hold.. ohh wait they already mining eth too.  O well.. was  a great experiment anyway.

Best REgards
Doug

One day after f2pool opened for Eth coin. The coin started to tank .

Back to the pool we need more blocks!

Anything china touches they 'eff' up.

Go Big or Go Home.

The GFW    TRAPS Chinese located gear in China.

I used to have li host ½ my miners in China  and they suffered terrible packet loss pointed outside of China  so I pointed the gear at F2pool.

Eventually I saw the economic issue this causes All of crypto coin.  So I sold all my Chinese gear and hash off.

There are two issues happening the small Chinese guy by small 10 s-7's or less  has to point his gear inside China or get bitch slapped by the GFW.

I broke down F2Pools pay outs and ⅓ of their hash are small miners that is 110ph  Since 90% of f2pool's gear is in China I estimate 90 to 100 ph of the hash they have are regular small guys  that simply are stuck pointing gear at a Chinese pool  that is not good for BTC.

Big mines in China  certainly are not pointing much gear outside the firewall .  And most of them  are built with bitmaintech s-7's and s-7+ gear.  We are at a cross roads. A company outside China like bitfury simpl y show a demo of killer gear and bitmaintech ramps up the hash rate just to threaten bitfury into not selling chips.

I estimate on any day of the week bitmaintech can add 100 to 200 ph as a threat to not compete.
The ½ ing will be very interesting to say the least.

NH is usually 4-5PH and WH is usually 12-13PH...when the prices get too low the machine owners stop mining to NH which makes less hash to rent.
