Oh man... I had literally sent a payment to refill my rentals less than 10 seconds before that block. Usually I expect to wait 15-20 mins for my payment to clear the 2 confirmations on NH, this took like 20 seconds! Also happy that the TX fees I applied to that transaction went to the pool... My girlfriend doesn't quite get why I'm so tickled by this

As to the payment method kano.is uses, that is explained by kano probably at least 100 times in this thread.
I would guess 891 times in this thread.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text. Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing? A: Top-posting. Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?

block 30 > 419706 blocks 31,32,33 > 419741, 419749, 419752. So close to a perfect shade of green.

The pool's site does under "Blocks" at kano.is, you need to register an account and sign in to see who found the block. For Pools this is a good site to check the link is for the past 24 hours https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/pools?resolution=24h

The pool's site does under "Blocks" at kano.is, you need to register an account and sign in to see who found the block. I think he is looking for pools that find the most blocks. The mega Chinese pools find the most blocks. You just have to split it with a 50-100,000 or so other people. Some keep the transaction fees. On top of the fees they charge you. Not worth it no matter how many blocks they find each day.

I edited my post to include a link to a site that shows block finds by pools before you posted this, but yes just because they find more blocks does not mean you will make more mining on them.

Can somebody describe me the method of kano.is, why is it better than ant pool ?
Phillip did a great job of this in another thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1338693.0As to the payment method kano.is uses, that is explained by kano probably at least 100 times in this thread. when I wrote that up we were just under 500 blocks lifetime our lifetime avg was 104.22 % we are now just over 1100 blocks lifetime and our life time average is now over 107 percent which means we have been close to 110% luck. Basically if you can get a good ping on a kano.is server you need to mine here. 110 percent luck vs 100 percent luck . if you really get the math the only way we can be at 110% luck means all the effort of all other pools since i wrote it up are about 98.5% our great luck has pulled the entire rest of the network down 1.5% from the base line of 100%. our little 2.5-3.1 percent share of the network is so mother fucking luck we pull down the other 96.9 to 97.5% of the mining gears average. or to put it another way way aren't you mining on kano.is? think about it our 40ph at 110% pulls 1460ph down about 1.5% to 98.5%. pretty damn impressive.

I put in another extended rental until mid-afternoon tomorrow because I'll probably turn my rigs off later before bed. We're still having major thunderstorms in my area and the power has a propensity to go out with the slightest lighting strike many miles away. There is also the constant flickering of the power which scares me. I don't really trust the surge protection 100%. I would rather be safe than sorry. Hoping for some over-night block action. Let's turn the stats page SOLID LIME GREEN! Mine on!
