Power blackout in Labrador but it's back up.Let them sort it out. Kano pool is PPLNS so no worries.... --- I am sleepy when I wrote this last line... Oy! I imagine they're wrestling alligators up there... Is my perception/math off, or is Labrador supporting over a PH of rate here? Ie., seems the pool rate went down just perceptibly when the data center went down. Juvia's army has approx 1.3+ PH in Labrador.

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Considering the magnitude of the event, they got things back up reasonably quickly.

And downtime, scheduled and unscheduled is part of life in ISP business. The most important criteria for any ISP is how quickly they can come back and get their customers online.

I think I can beat Cryptoboreas as to hosting cost with some lower-cost electricity household locations (where I'm mining myself) and a potential input of a ~400 kWt/h line But still i'm somehow worried about security if I had lots of other ppl gear running there, so I don't do it on commercial basis, only my friend's and my s7's are running at those spots.

I know it's been a couple of weeks since we've had a block this long so it's expected. I'll be glad when we bust this one open and get on with mining!

Wow. At 381%, that was one tough block to poop out. It's as if the pool was constipated...
Glad it's over. Now time for a double (or triple)!

Hey guys Those hosting in labrador which is the best server to point to for kano?
I use the main server at kano.is and have had no issues. Pings are better to there than anywhere else for me...but I'm in Hawaii. I would guess that the DC in Labrador is closer, ie. shorter ping times, to there than anywhere else. Someone with remote access would have to run that from their subnet controller up there. Anyway...I've tried three others, had no problems, but got the best results from this one.
