Since I cannot use hotmail I used my personal website
e-mail. I cannot add bitcoin payout address without
verifying your e-mail first.

However I got e-mail when I put bitcoin payout address.

So I don´t know if your service communications are reliable or not.

i have a rookie question? why dose kanopool reject like ten times more then btc.com ? in last 24h on kano i got 11 rejected and 886 hw errors. 24 h on btc.com had 1 reject and like 90 errors :/

HW errors have to do with your miner.  As for the rejects, it's different with each pool on the work being supplied to the miners.

There are 3 things about rejects:
1) Long term, it depends on how close you are to the node you are mining to
  see the first post to find a closer node if you are not close to the main node
2) They're random so you may get a run of rejects and then not many.
 aside: it could also be when you first connect you get a bunch of "hi" rejects caused by your miner
    click on the "Show Details for Invalids:" check box on the Workers->Workers page to see what the rejects are.
3) 11 stales in 24 hours is actually very good.
 Over 24 hours there's about 144 work changes, so that means if they are all stale, you are averaging only one stale per 13 work changes or about 1 every 2 hours.
  However, certain old versions of Bitmain miners throw away stale shares and don't send them to the pool even though they should.
  This can include stale blocks that we can on rare occasions turn into 2 blocks ... ... ... ... ...

HW errors are unique to your machine.  Sometimes miners generate more HW errors than other times.  It can be related to temps or simply the wear and tear of the chips themselves.  Sometimes I can reboot a miner and it will start up with a ton of errors...other times the same machine will boot up with zero errors.

I noticed this, this past week. I lost power twice. The first time, the miners rebooted with no errors. The second time, they ran in
30°f temps without hashing, just cold air blowing through them. Needless to say, the number of errors are much higher. It took
about 3hrs to get consistent speeds.

How it actually works, as opposed to how you see a 'ramp', is that your payouts are simply spread out over 5ND which is currently about 3 days.
You get paid for each share you submit, over the 3 days after you submit the share.
What this does is reduce the variance in your payouts.
Something like this if you think of it as submitting a share (s) each block:

If you meet the criteria of the first quote and never got an email, try re-sending it from the section of the website where the second quote is from.

N.B. you must verify your email, if you change it,
before you can change other settings.

pools are taking too much profits. Nicehash is good but I am not sure about it´s
security because it got hacked.

How long does the rewards take to be seen on my account?

I run Antminer s9 14Th which still should be profitable.
My other miner is Antminer L3+ that´s for litecoin mining
but in other pool
