Are there any talks of what happens to the premine during this passing of the torch?

It stakes and stakes and stakes?

So the 10% inflation, the 1.2 million new coins per month don't come from hashlets mining but probably 90% is from interest on existing coins.

So those who hold a lot of XPY get most of those 1.2 million new XPY.

If that's the case then I now see what's going on.

And you can bet Garza and any smart whale has been buying up all the XPY possible at these prices.

The problem is that you think Garza is some sort of mastermind scammer. You're giving him WAY too much credit.

It's pretty easy to see this whole paycoin scheme was thrown together in a haste when his hashlet ponzi started going downhill.

I find it incredibly unlikely at this point that Garza even makes an attempt at making paycoin work.

Most likely he will just continue to dump hundreds of thousand of xpy, funnel the money, and declare bankruptcy. The question is, will that happen before or after some federal agency shuts them down for fraud?

I'm starting to question your ability to understand code...

I thought I was clear.  I don't know a single line of code.  I went to school for Economics and Finance.

I have No programming skills at all.  ZERO!

But I took a lot of math in school so I understand compound interest, etc.

I was simply trying to understand who was getting the bulk of that 10% monthly inflation and now it's clear that it is the people that have accumulated the most XPY.

I was trying to figure out if Garza had reason to accumulate or if he dumped his coins like most people here say.

My feeling is that he must be buying - that's what I would be doing if my coins would be staking such an enormous interest and on top of it if I had a huge premine.

So then, Garza could have gone from 95% ownership to 99% if he has been buying up like I think he is.

This supports my theory that XPY will skyrocket past $20 very soon.

Thanks for your work in clarifying this stuff.

Cheers!

I personally told Garza that one problem he had is that his plans appear to lack professional planning and PR and it would appear that he gets an idea and just goes with it, shooting from the hip, as it were.

That said, you could be right but I really see it differently.

It's impossible to tell what's gonna happen longer term but for the shorter term to me it seems like Garza is planning and working on something for PayCoin.

Maybe it's nothing big but the guy does seem to aim high so I would expect some fireworks.  And if that poster on hashtalk was right and 99% of the XPY has been bought up by just a few elite then XPY can skyrocket incredibly fast on any real development and PR blitz.

At $.70, I simply have to own a few Bitcoins - it looks too good to pass up.

But I took a lot of math in school so I understand compound interest, etc.

You need to go back to school then.  But I'll dumb down the code into just basic math for you...

Use a little bit of that math you learned and apply it to this formula:

Code:
nSubsidy = nCoinAge * nRewardCoinYear * 33 / (365 * 33 + 8);

Then take that solution and apply it to each reward node:

Code:
if (primeNodeRate == 0)
        nRewardCoinYear = 5 * CENT;
    else if (primeNodeRate == 10)
        nRewardCoinYear = 10 * CENT;
    else if (primeNodeRate == 20)
        nRewardCoinYear = 20 * CENT;
    else if (primeNodeRate == 100)
        nRewardCoinYear = 100 * CENT;
    else if (primeNodeRate == 350)
        nRewardCoinYear = 350 * CENT;

Then figure out the exact inflation rate as it relates to nRewardCoinYear = 5 * CENT (This is the regular wallet btw) but also taking into account that there are 35 wallets @ 350, 10 wallets @ 100, 2 wallets @ 20, and 3 wallets @ 10...

Then tell me again how great this coin is...

Up to you, it's not like you aren't starved for information.

There were 1.2 Million XPY generated in the last 30 days, an increase of 10% of the money supply where pretty much all of it is coming from those hashstakers. My beef is that it doesn't reward holders at all and only really works for sell pressure against the majority of people. You might make 50-75% on what you bought if it goes to $1.50 but Josh and his crew could make 1 Million+ in that time from Coins in which they got for free and are generating an unlimited amount of Coins. Their complete dominance on the Coin generation and severe lack of PR skills are what's stopping it's success. No one wants to buy a Coin in which all the money goes to some shady guy who sanitizes his forums and constantly does backdoor dealings based on false promises.

So who exactly is dumping at this price?  Hashlet miners?  People trading their points in via the Honors Program?

I'm a bit confused who would be dumping after a near 95% drop in price.

I agree about the inflation - 10% per month is massive, a $20 floor can't be sustained with that kind of inflation.  Garza would have to cut that back by a lot first - although that may be looked at as manipulation.
the rumor is that the one doing all the dumping is Garza because he is running out of money. He has millions of XPY to dump

If you did your research you would of realized the simple fact that the value of any XPY held outside of a "prime" wallet decreases exponentially due to the code exponentially increasing the money supply thanks to compounding interest that sin't equal across the board.  Even if you hold the same # of coins but without a "prime" code you're on the losing end of the game.

Assumptions:

1) Stake rate is averaged and encompasses all stakes in a given day (typically 4).
2) Using math pulled from the code as show (5 wallet = ~.01% daily, 350 wallet = ~.96% daily)
3) All coins are left to the design of the source code and are not touched for the entire year.  (i.e. No manipulation)

125,000 @ 5% after 1 year compounding (365 days) = 129,646.55
125,000 @ "350%" after 1 year compounding (365 days) = 4,087,142.75.

Human manipulation would, in effect, create ~1/4 of the stake as seems to be done at this time... But I stress again that this isn't the code.  Hopefully I wouldn't need to tell Vlad2Vlad that though...

So...

125,000 @ "350%" after 1 year compounding (365 days) and with human manipulation = 299,844.56

So, with human manipulation of the source to "ensure" fairness the GAW wallet still has a little over 170,000 more coins than a regular user's wallet after 1 year.

Don't let me spoil your fun though...  math is fun, isn't it?

Hahahaaaa, oh shit, that's brilliant.

So who holds the 51 prime accounts, Garza?

I can't stop laughing at how clever this all is.

There is no way this ends here.  This is simply the loading up phase - the beginning.

I can't wait to see what's next!

Thanks again for you work....

I just don't see that.  I don't see where the buyers are coming from if Garza is dumping.  You can't trust the legions on HT.  those could be 90% troll accounts.

The general opinion in the public is to stay away from XPY so there's no way people are buying millions of a coin in free-fall.

No way!

This has to be Garza buying and insiders who know the plan [assuming there is a plan].  It makes more sense than minions of imaginary buyers to me.

But they would need a huge plan and also a massive PR Blitz to turn it all around.  That's for sure!

Ok, so clearly then, one would automatically assume insiders own them all.

So as time increases, inflation increases exponentially for outsiders in real terms while the inflation is only felt on a nominal basis for insiders - they're holding digital Gold while everyone else is holding [rotting] digital potatoes.  lol

I can't believe I didn't think of this!  haha

So where is the inflection point?  If this is true and they own all the prime controllers and 99% of the staking XPY, where is their wealth at a sufficiently high enough variance compared to the masses that it would make sense to pump millions into Phase II?

This is so cleverly done that it actually wasn't done in haste like I also assumed - this actually requires some serious financial engineering to put together.  More than I could have thought of and I'm a clever asshole with decent understanding of Economics.

Which once again points to a much bigger plan than just lying to your own customers and dumping on them and going to jail.

No, that plan just doesn't add up in this case.

I see nothing so far that says this is a crappy Mickey Mouse 2 month scam.  Everything I see points to a bigger plan.  How big or how legit that plan is remains to be seen but if I had BTC I would be buying here and I have.

I thought Pex quit guess not... what a douchnozzle he should be glad anyone buys his honey, you can go anywhere and find natural raw honey these days.  After seeing the inside of his dirty trailer on tiny chat I'd pass on anything that guy dipped his grubby fingers into.  What the hell is with all these Pastors and Disciple makers lately this shit is getting weird as fuck.

What has it got in its pocketses precious? BTC: 1KctJNLwzFK8qJPsSwDrQRNxxKnVCrZm93
