Is there anything interesting in the minutes of the Judge's reason for accepting this teleconference now?

56       order Order  Wed 5:01 PM
SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court approves the parties' Rule 26(f) report and adopts the dates proposed by the parties in their Rule 26(f) report with the exceptions set forth in the attached. Signed by Judge Michael P. Shea on 11/2/2016. (Howard, H.)

55      minutes Status Conference  Wed 12:44 PM
Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Michael P. Shea: Telephonic Status Conference held on 11/2/2016. 15 minutes(Court Reporter Marshall.) (Johnson, D.)

One minute its be there or else.AND WEAR YOUR IDENTIFICATION AND BE THERE ON TIME. No delays under our Connecticut delay law or else. Next minute total capitulation and some half-assed skype session.

What do the minutes suggest about this? Some serious fuckery going on, SEC vs. Homero delayed 30 days, this, half measure readily accepted by the judge. What the fuck is next.  Shinners doesn't seem too concerned happily playing with his ZEC miner hardware while all this is taking place. Meanwhile where the hell is Homero, not a squeak out of that piece of shit anywhere, no facebook, forums, nothing. Extended family seem jovial and content in their daily facebook bullshit.  The only one with the screws being tightened is Uncle Stul.

You are correct.  There must be a serious effort to wipe Homero and Stuart from the internet because there is not a trace of either.  Wish there was someone local that could show up to these court dates and report back to us whats going on.

No, @rdewilde, no one is trying to make themselves "look better" to you or anyone else here, duh!

The question is, why do you insist on making yourself look so stupid?

You are jumping strange conclusions.

Bitpop's assumption was wrong, and there's no way he could ever know, so to me that's a fair reason to jump in - and has nothing to do with what you say. I don't let people talk shit about me, do you?

I post close to factual information that the lawsuit is not dropped - and I get attacked in return - why do you need to argue any of this? Pure nonsense.

Feel free to response, but personally I like to go back ONtopic instead of personal attacking!

Do not take Bitpop aka. Bitbop too seriously. He and Suchmoon have been doing damage control and/or spreading disinfo for these scammers for years.

I just read the thread you linked. You have a strange sense of entitlement if you think that sending someone $50 worth of LTC entitles you to a $135 refund. They held the coin (or even sold it right away), and held the risk. You don't get a risk free profit anywhere in life.

Plus, the guy did work for you. You can't give him back his time.

Why are you in this thread?

Amended complaint:

https://www.docdroid.net/cYzr1WL/govuscourtsctd112576570.pdf.html

It's bizarre that they dismissed Garza but still refer to him as the main perp while accusing Fraser of "controlling" him. And this:

Quote
Based on counsel’s investigation, research and review of publicly available documents, plaintiffs’ personal knowledge, discussions with Homero Joshua Garza (“Garza”), and upon information and belief, plaintiffs allege as follows:

... as if Homero is cooperating with the plaintiffs and throwing Stu under the bus? I haven't read all of it though so not sure what else has changed from the original.

Yikes! Shocked

That revised complaint paints quite the picture of Uncle Stu's control. Not even a thin coat, a solid 3 coater plus primer. All true too.  Don't know how he will wiggle out of this new picture.  Cheesy

Just did a quick check in the original complaint, this isn't in it. In fact I don't recall seeing this in the emails, not that I read every single one of them though.  Seems rather intimate details maybe someone....provided them with it? Specially the child aspect.

Quote
. Fraser’s wife made him a book that listed the four
people Fraser was closest to for Fraser’s 50th birthday. The book listed Garza as one of those individuals.
In another instance, Garza told Fraser he was having a child. Fraser expressed anger and concern over
Garza’s decision and questioned whether Garza would continue to devote adequate time to their business
ventures.

I never heard of this either. Must be part of what Garza told the lawyers in exchange for dismissing him from the lawsuit.

I have been shocked at every turn in this saga about how people could be smart enough to have money but dumb enough to lose it to garza, but Garza being able to fuck Fraser is still unbelievable to me.

My beef with that Craptsy inhouse shitcoin cloner muddafuuda is a side note.

Please do your research. Smiley
