Is anything ever going to happen with this? I am starting to wonder if there is or ever was a criminal investigation going on. Starting to look like Josh is just going to skip away Scott-free(aside from a few civil suits which he can just completely ignore).
Something may happen, it may not. You have to realize that this is very small time for the federal authorities to actually give a shit about, especially because it's such a weird thing. I don't expect much to happen, but I would see stuff happening because of the internet stuff in new england first. That adventure directly screwed over governments and people getting screwed out of internet/phone service they paid for is much more important than people getting screwed over in some hare brained investment scheme that never made a lick of sense. Sorry, hare brained or not, "weird thing" or not, crime is crime and he should be pursued and made to account.

They were made by Zeus... which is not a shining example of integrity either but at least they made some real tangible product, shitty as it may have been. GAW on the other hand just resold that crap and couldn't even do that properly.

Wannabe investors losing small amounts is a very low priority. If/when something happens, It will take time and involve Josh spending lots of your money between now and then. The calendar is ticking, if you want money back or something to happen it will require effort. The key words are: Cantor Fitzgerald vice president September 11th charity fraud. Waiting for the law will take forever and may not result in anything. Make a big enough stink about a cantor Fitzgerald vp being within smelling distance of 9/11 charity fraud and you will actually get people to listen to you and may get some results. Garza is nothing, you won't get a cent from him, go for the big pockets with big guns, you have them.

I'm guessing Garza is doing something to keep under the radar like running an ice cream shop or something. He should have scammed enough to open something up like that. That's what the governor of California did when we ran him off.

I agree with you, cantor is the key to attention.

nothing in the news so far regarding criminal charges. garza is missing in action too... Soon TM But seriously, with the amount of lies this guy has told and scams he has run, it would be a miracle if nothing came of it. There are quite a few alphabet agencies with their name on his list if I had to guess.

I agree with you, cantor is the key to attention. Too many shit heads buying Garza lies and shirt excuses. It's also part of the reason why I think nothing will happen. Rational people that bought those hashlets would have freaked out and made a big stink. Instead a few people called us trolls, I think people are greatly overestimating how much money was involved. If people lost the amount of money to match all the cheerleading done in this thread they would have made a lot more noise when the shit hit the fan.

no news about joshy?
There is a group making headway with lawsuits, about 500 people in the case. GAW miners was absent from their court lawsuit over the 300k powerbill owed and defaulted, a separate case of a couple people has been filed against GAW as well as some big local news articles about GAW High Speed Internet service disruptions, failure to provide results for grants received by the government and money owed for leasing a property, I think there was some more as well.
