LOL, Shinners is in there spewing bullshit about his GAWsuit, what a fucking liar. PERFECT! So Shinners is implying that he knows where offshore accounts are located -- coin that the SEC does not know about -- and he's going after that? LMFAO Shinners is going to withhold info from the SEC? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. He was one of SEC's first witnesses, before going full Ponzi with the old GAW Gang. I still can't figure out WTF he is doing.

best post on /r/bitcoin @Coinfire More indictments coming. Stuart you have been a bad boy. The FBI doesn't like wire fraud. I'm also wondering if you can file something with the SEC to recover any losses they are able to recover? Not if you're in the GAWSUIT!!!! LMAO -- Which I know you're not, Bro. So.....YEAH! I will find out.

Not seeing jail as part of this. Steals 20 mil, get 1 mil fine. Not looking like Garza get his mudhole caved in by d-bol and his friends just yet
I am afraid I have to agree with this. And with the vast majority of potential lawsuit losses from customers wrapped up in a tidy fuckball of nothingness by D. Allen Shinners and Adam Matlack, that is a HUGE chunk of financial liability erased for the fraudsters. IDK. Shinner, AKA Smiling Guy - Stock Face GAWSUIT leadership could so easily be challenged for mismanagement / conflict of interest. Shinners is suspect in all of this with GAW & Garza himself. If the ZootSuit has no legal team & never goes forward, the Muggles should get REAL legal help to get released from that ShamSuit & go line up at the SEC.

Does he think Ganza will just hand over that money after he "loses" the suit? Especially since they actually haven't started anything, wherever Ganza's money is, how do they think they will get money before the SEC and at least the electric company get their cut. Also, glad to that dumbass picture of Shinner's buddy Mordica with all the hashlets floating around, only people stupid enough to fall for this thing would also be stupid enough to buy Shinner's nonsense too.

"Instead, GAW Miners determined what the daily payout from ZenPool would be by examining the publicly-available payouts of other pools that were mining that day, and picking a higher number."
The plain English explanation of that cracks me up.

There is a God. /r/atheism unsubscribed. best comment so far Agreed. That thread is comedy fucking gold. Welp, it has been a long time coming but the process is finally underway and while this may well be a civil action, the collected evidence they possess will no doubt have been passed to other three-letter agencies. Of particular interest to them will be the involvement of wealthy-investor-with-banking-difficulties-Rishabh-Jain. After all, Cantor Fitzgerald is a company in the business of providing investment services and advice to high-net-worth individuals and one would have to wonder how he ended up being introduced to the Garzas.

Time for scamza to go down!
I m not a person who s happy when seeing other people go down. But this guy, this guy is crypto filth of the worst kind. Moreover, his arrest would finally show these scammers and speculators there is a way to get punished.

He can't be in good financial shape. He just had an $18,000 lien released from his home in Brattleboro, VT. Probably because it sold? Shinners said he would have dibs on that money. Looks like it may be a little late?

Is this mob of torch and pitchfork wielders the same group that screamed FUD at this thread from the start? They refused to hear the truth when Josh was around to lie directly to them and now they can't wait for a pound of flesh from his hide.

Is this mob of torch and pitchfork wielders the same group that screamed FUD at this thread from the start? They refused to hear the truth when Josh was around to lie directly to them and now they can't wait for a pound of flesh from his hide. These are the purified Paycoiners that can withstand all barrages of intellect and truth. Our beloved lawnmower man, Krumz, leading the way. Disturbing to see that some of these clownies are still asking to join Shinners'/Matlack's fake GAWsuit. Also disturbing (but not surprising) to note that most of these idiots can not discern that this action by the SEC is for the GAW cloudmining/Hashlets Ponzi only and has nothing to do with the Paycoin fraud operation. I guess this should be expected from these intellectually challenged folks who buy the whole Team Paycoin/ Adam Matlack ruse and think those currently running the Paycoin scam are somehow not cut from the same cloth (and no way are they still in league with) their super-villain Homero.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/jordanmaglich/2015/12/01/sec-alleges-bitcoin-mining-companies-operated-20-million-ponzi-scheme/Garza allegedly deliberately distanced himself from association with ZenMiner to create the appearance of an independent company, even going so far as to convince a relative of a GAW Miners investor to pretend that he was responsible for ZenMiner. Convince? Hmmm, interesting. Personally, I'd have gone for 'collude with'. Methinks Stuart Fraser is doing whatever he can to spin him and his son's involvement as that of being duped, which I'd believe for him to a point, but I struggle to accept his son wasn't knowingly balls-deep in the shenanigans.
