How can we claim for our money back??

you can't.  he will have judgement placed on him by the courts, which he will never pay.  meanwhile he is sitting on a usb drive with $20M somewhere.  BTC price was $300 when he stole all that money.  it's gone up 20X since then.

We filled lots of paperworks with our invoices to GAWMiner sent to the court 2 years ago: I think the Class Action will forecast some kind of refund for the people.

What do you think??

Have a productive day.

Yeah this is about what I expected. Golf course prison with Bernie Madoff for a few years of playing cards and laughing at the muggles.... Wonder which prison he'll choose? Roll Eyes

CON-sidering that he CONNED the judge into thinking he was a "changed man" (even scummier?) it's a good sentence & he can't appeal!

Ross Ulbricht who merely facilitated sales between willing parties, with no victims.  And he gets 2 life sentences, no possibility of parole.
Homero fleeces $20 million ,with many victims, and gets a paltry 21 months (probably less for being a good boy)
at the prison of his choice, no less. Pathetic...

Quote from: Ian Demartino article
Garza’s Lawyer asked for Garza to be sentenced to only supervised release and community service, eschewing jail time entirely.
Judge Robert N. Chatigny determined that would not be enough of a general deterrent to prevent similar financial crimes in the future.
She called Garza a changed man and said that he is no longer the egomaniac that he was when he perpetrated the scam.
She also cited his new business (the details of which were unknown to reporters) as a reason for the low sentence.
The idea being that if the business can survive he will be able to pay back the victims. The victims in attendance did not think that was likely.

As if his new unnamed "business" is gonna generate revenue to pay back $9 million restitution.Yeah right...
WTF, are you shitting me? What a frikkin joke. Throw him in the slammer till he gives up
any bitcoin private keys (not likely, but you never know)

Where's the fucking justice...

he cant just hide and use bitcoin. he said he has nothing. if all of a sudden he has lambos and mansions he’ll be questioned. he’s basically screwed has a crim record and short of a name change any search will easily show future employers/business partners what he is

Don't worry y'all, if there is one thing Homero is known for it's his ability to fuck everything up. Let's hope he does something stupid in prison, or when he gets out. His new business is also worth checking out. I bet it's another scam. What are the chances that a high school dropout with a trail of scams and no history of honest work could suddenly become an entrepreneur. I doubt uncle Stu is bankrolling him this time LOL.

Quote from: Homero
All of this has humbled and changed me in drastic ways. The situation with GAW Miners has
made me a better husband, father, friend, and employer and has allowed me to understand the
consequences of my actions. Afterward, I was in a position of great humility which allowed me to
evaluate my life from a perspective I had never done before. This is what lead to starting a new
company with my wife as an equal partner and mutual respect; something my wife had been
patiently waiting for and supporting me to do for years. I now serve in a vital role that has helped
build an incredible idea into a great company. A company that helps others and has allowed me
to be in a position to begin the much needed repair for all those that were previously affected.

There is a lot more of this bullshit - read it, you'll be ashamed how wrong you were about Homero all those years... he's without a doubt the second coming of Jesus Homero Christ.

That's some funny shit right there. Collection of random reference letters. Some lady driving through town?  Roll Eyes  LOL at Homero on food stamps treating her and her family to lunch. Best one is the Pastor and the 25K where do you think that money came from you dumb fuck.  In fact all that money being thrown around they're all so impressed with.  Roll Eyes

Interesting to finally confirm what we suspected different Daddy.  Blondie had a one night stand or what. Worse, Homero killed her in the end  Sad  OD'd after he guilt tripped her.  Knew something was up because we saw that picture of her as right as rain a few days before she expired.

Quite important we find out what this new scam Homero is up to. Did some quick business searches in Texas under his name and her name and her maiden name. No shortage of Homero Garza's in Texas  Cheesy  Fucker must be hiding out somewhere else.  Won' t be long until his later scheme is unearthed.

...we see you Homero.... Cool

I wouldn't be surprised if his "business" is some sort of "church" or "charity" or some other ruse that allows him to launder money and avoid taxes.

No surprise really, I actually expected less. He probably scammed the courts and probably has cold wallets full of BTC. Wait 3 years wait for the next halving and BTC goes to 50K and is free from all issues. No way he and his glass dildo fucking wife did this without an end game! The funny thing is that Uncle Stu will be the one fucked the most from the glass Dildo as he can't get the shinners class suit dropped.
