How can we claim for our money back??

you can't.  he will have judgement placed on him by the courts, which he will never pay.  meanwhile he is sitting on a usb drive with $20M somewhere.  BTC price was $300 when he stole all that money.  it's gone up 20X since then. 

We filled lots of paperworks with our invoices to GAWMiner sent to the court 2 years ago: I think the Class Action will forecast some kind of refund for the people.

Homero fleeces $20 million ,with many victims, and gets a paltry 21 months (probably less for being a good boy)

Garza’s Lawyer asked for Garza to be sentenced to only supervised release and community service, eschewing jail time entirely.
 Judge Robert N. Chatigny determined that would not be enough of a general deterrent to prevent similar financial crimes in the future.
She called Garza a changed man and said that he is no longer the egomaniac that he was when he perpetrated the scam.
She also cited his new business (the details of which were unknown to reporters) as a reason for the low sentence.
 The idea being that if the business can survive he will be able to pay back the victims. The victims in attendance did not think that was likely.

 As if his new unnamed "business" is gonna generate revenue to pay back $9 million restitution.Yeah right...

All of this has humbled and changed me in drastic ways. The situation with GAW Miners has
made me a better husband, father, friend, and employer and has allowed me to understand the
consequences of my actions. Afterward, I was in a position of great humility which allowed me to
evaluate my life from a perspective I had never done before. This is what lead to starting a new
company with my wife as an equal partner and mutual respect; something my wife had been
patiently waiting for and supporting me to do for years. I now serve in a vital role that has helped
build an incredible idea into a great company. A company that helps others and has allowed me
to be in a position to begin the much needed repair for all those that were previously affected.

No surprise really, I actually expected less. He probably scammed the courts and probably has cold wallets full of BTC.
