Any legal reason you would  expect to be recorded somewhere by now? Maybe it is just that BoP is slow to update. My victim portal says he is in custody.  Wonder which one is true?  I was reading they can be jailed in a county jail or privately run facility and they won't show up on the BOP website until they make it to an actual Federal prison.  No telling what is going on.
