Well I'll be the timer has run out. I guess that means inmate 55444-014 will be joining the great reformer that is the US prison system.

Maybe he'll trade some private keys for smokes, or a shiv.

Still "NOT IN BOP CUSTODY". Did he flee to Dubai?

I’m sure that thing probably takes awhile to refresh data.
Bureaucracy and all.
Either that or possibly some ball cupping going on....

Garza still AWOL: He's taking advantage of Feds on leave, no doubt.
His notoriety lives on tho.
CoinTelegraph today:

Always some monumental fuck up with this guy  Huh  Can't even go to jail right, useless POS.

What can it be?

1. He off'd himself
2. Ran away to Mexico
3. Chicken shit lawyer and his spies on this thread convinced the BoP not to state his whereabouts
4. Think the choice of where to go was his, he selected a State or County detention center (vinelink covers everything other than BoP - tried the obvious Texas, CT, MA, Vermont, NY etc. nothing https://vinelink.com/#/home
5. Shinner's case requires his deposition which has since been confirmed by the Judge and that is keeping him out

Quote
Friday, January 04, 2019

ORDER: The110 motion for extension is GRANTED. The fact discovery deadline shall be extended until March 1, 2019 for the limited purpose of allowing the parties to take the deposition of former Defendant Garza. Signed by Judge Michael P. Shea on 1/4/2019. (Ram, Megha)

Any legal reason you would  expect to be recorded somewhere by now? Maybe it is just that BoP is slow to update. He is aware of course that with the various outside options (send gifts call or email, voice concern, book visit etc can lead to some epic RL trolling  Cheesy Cheesy Homero thought he'd be safe inside from the muggles. How many sad and disappointing times is Elon going to promise to visit and never show up one must wonder  Shocked Shocked )

Oh FFS. Will this ever end? Just put him in jail and depose him there, what difference does it make.

My victim portal says he is in custody.  Wonder which one is true?  I was reading they can be jailed in a county jail or privately run facility and they won't show up on the BOP website until they make it to an actual Federal prison.  No telling what is going on.

I'm speculating the legal people likely went to great lengths to keep his
in custody whereabouts under wraps as long as possible.
Otherwise more epic fodder for the thread. (coming soon)
And you know a 2057 page long this thread is probably quite annoying to them, to say the least.

I hope your info is correct. I'm not in a hurry, I can wait until he gets into a federal facility before I post a meme of him behind bars in the OP Smiley

I'd love to confirm his incarceration. POS is right, yo!
Maybe the Fed who does prison data entry is on furlough....

Lets not paint all convicted felons with such a disparaging brush. Smiley
